After a horrible experience with The UPS store down the road from here I was very pleased with the customer service at this postal annex location. I will definitely take my business here from now on, I will never ever return to the ups store… EVER!

I ship packages almost daily. Rick, the manager/​owner is always friendly and helpful. He even accepts packages processed online.

Do not frequent this store!!!
Yesterday, I wanted to mail a package 2 day mail. The package was not more than a foot long. The manager told me that it would cost about $ 30 for 2 day mail. If I wanted a 2 day mail which was assured in getting to my destination on time, it would be around $ 55!
I decided not to use their service and the guy charged me $ 13 for a mailing box! What a rip!!!
I went to USPS and mailed off my package 2 day mail for $ 10!!!
