Wow, just wow. So I went through the drive thru tonight after work. My first choice was Taco Bell but the place was PACKED. So I ventured here. I tried to order a chocolate shake but was told they don’t make them on this day. ITS A FRIDAY, but okay. So I pull around and Jillian served me. She was nice to my face at the window, however she closed the doors and was seen yelling at her co-​workers. Not sure what was up with that, but I still felt uncomfortable. My food was lukewarm, sad because I was expecting hot… Overall, I am completely unimpressed with this chain and specific location. The food is mediocre and slow service. Don’t waste your time.

The young male manager trainee won’t be here for long as he us too nice and too smart. I rarely complain especially at a fast food ’cause, really, what’s the point? But I asked for new, hot fries as ours were cold. The female manager grabbed a fry WITH HER FINGERS popped it into her mouth, and stepped back where she thought I couldn’t see her. She made faces at everyone and they all laughed. THEN the female cashier came up to me and said, «Our fries are always hot, they don’t taste very good but they’re hot ’cause they’re warned from the bottom». Huh? Place was clean but EMPTY. No wonder since they ridicule the customers.
