I can honestly say this is the best experience I’ve ever had at an applebees before. Our server, Javoris, was incredible. He was so polite and kept our drinks filled. He was honest when we asked for feedback, and his suggestions were perfect. The food came out in a timely manner and was cooked so well. They had amazing service, especially for being a random Tuesday night. FIVESTARS!

Came here today around 240pm today and ended up leaving. Walked in the door, no one acknowledged us in the front, waiting to be seated. The restaurant had probably just 3 – 4 tables occupied only. So we waited a little but more but no one came. Even the bartenders won’t even dare look or offer«we will have someone to come and help you». The guy on a red button shirt with his apple bees badge on seated on a corner talking with 2 young persons who isn’t even eating saw us but decided to continue chit chatting. Until he saw us move towards the exit he decided to stand up and walk towards us. I was so disappointed and asked«You are coming now?» He didn’t even say anything and I told him It’s ok we are leaving. Walked out the door. Then while we were pulling out of the parking lot, the 2 teenage looking male and female that he was talking to, stepped out also and they just sat on the hood of their cars and talked outside. I was just glad we left. What happened to customer service? I don’t mind waiting but the fact that they make you feel like a nuisance was very upsetting. They can do better. I hope he wasn’t even the manager because he is wearing a different shirt than the bartenders. Save yourself some time and just go somewhere better that will acknowledge and welcome your business. IT’S UNFORTUNATETHAT I HAVETOGIVETHEM A STAR, if I can only post this with no star.

When you show your face enough at this place you begin to have somewhat of a relationship with the employees and managers. My guy and I love to go Monday-Wednesday and see our favorite bartender, Nicole. She’s very friendly and personable and always is happy to see us! Sometimes on a late night at a bar you really get the vibe that the employees don’t want to be here but this isn’t ever the case, we are welcomed with a big bright smile and she’s got our drinks memorized. We usually order some good late night eats, as they do half price apps after 9. We really enjoy this location of Applebee’s!

My food was average. The service was inconsistent. My friend’s food was undercooked. Some of staff are rude or confused. So basically, my visit was not pleasant.

Hungry after a long line at the DMV by Fair Oaks Mall, my husband suggested that we have Applebee for a quick lunch. It was fairly busy but our server — Joshua was pretty attentive. So it was good. Within 15 mins that we sat down, the restaurant got so busy and you can tell that they were understaffed. The team was trying their best to keep it going, Joshua was trying to keep everyone hydrated, but you can obviously tell that it was a very busy lunch time and the fact that the hostess was helping with table cleaning and all shows it. We had a chicken tender, shrimp & chicken and spinach dip. Food was delicious, service was good, drinks kept coming — overall, good experience.

Food is good here but bartenders here suck. I ordered food one night in the bar and the bartender was taking my order and it took forever for me to get it and it was lying around waiting to be picked up and thats when the bartender saw my food and then pick it up to give it to me.

Service was good, but good lord the food was god awful, I ordered the chicken penne pasta with Alfredo sauce with parmesan cheese, as well as the boneless wings with barbecue sauce as an appetizer. The wings were extremely over sauced to the point where the sauce was oozing out of the wings. The chicken on the pasta was burnt and charred. There was little sauce and parmesan cheese on the pasta and when i asked for more they brought more sauce but found that at the end they charged extra on the bill for sauce that was not even there on the dish. First time to applebees and luckily will be my last.

Robb is an absolute angel. Always a pleasure coming in to grab an ice cold brew at the bar when he’s working. I recommend the steak with shrimp. Delicious and hits the spot every time. Good location, even better staff.

This chain in general is pretty mediocre and my experience was just that. The service was fine but I had to keep asking for a drink refill. We got mozzarella sticks and buffalo wings. These were better than I expected. We also got the chocolate lava cake which was pretty good as well. Bottom line– middle of the road experience. I would probably go there again if there was nothing else around but I wouldn’t seek it out as a place to eat.(We had a gift card which is why we were even there)

I haven’t been to Applebee’s in years, it’s not something that is the dinner rotation for us. After a somewhat chaotic Black Friday, we stopped by because we were starving, and it was fast and right next to us. Our server was young, polite, fun and did exactly what he should be doing. The food, underwhelming and bland. There is no pop, it’s basically just food. I haven’t been there in years, but the new menu seems to have a lot less choices and is confusing and difficult to read. Salads are listed in the proper section… and then bam… a salad listed under the sandwiches. It just seemed like a muddled mess that was noticed by all four members of our party. Everything, and I mean everything was sticky. The table, the floor, the hand railing leading up to the dining area we were sitting in was covered in a film of yuck. It truly needs a good scrubbing. It wasn’t an overall terrible experience, but it reminded me why I chose to avoid large chains and stick with the local places.

We came in for a quick meal on a Friday evening. The service was excellent and the food was pretty good. The manager’s comments to us at the end of the meal, however, made us very uncomfortable.

It’s Applebee’s, not the most gourmet meal you’ll ever have, but if you get the right things it’s pretty delish. Their low calorie menu options are pretty awesome too if you’re looking for something healthy and fresh but still flavorful. I come here pretty regularly and all of the servers are good/fun people. Bartenders are friendly and know how to make a good drink!

So it is Memorial Day & here I am with the family, waiter came out quickly but the appetizer took forever«the current use of the word seems minimal in expressing the length of time» so long in fact that the food was ready when they started bringing it to table! What amazed me even more than that is the fact that a manager was sitting right behind us & never inquired about lengthy food time. Too occupied with paperwork, server apologized yes but service time on drink refills was horrible. No I will not return to this location, oh yes in closing it was«not» busy under 30…

I must say that Applebee’s has improved their service. I’m not an Applebee’s regular but that’s about to change. We went here with friends an EVERYONE was pleased no complaints. Lyndsay our waitress was great and the Red Apple Sangria was delicious and priced great at $ 4.00 each. Needless to say we will be back. Thanks Applebee’s.

Stopped here on Veteran’s Day, 11÷11÷14. It was nice to get the free meal. Ordered the standard cheeseburger cooked medium… it was cooked like the ground chuck was still being mixed in bowl, most all of it. Sent it back and asked for medium again. This time it was cooked like burnt toast in a toaster… I wouldn’t have given it to my dog. Totally greasy bun and fries. I am trying to remember when I’ve had a worse hamburger. I can’t! Yes, it was a free meal for Vets… but come on now. Should have gone to TGIF or Olive Garden.

Went here for dinner because we had a gift card. I remember liking Applebees, a place you could get a tasty(though fattening) meal, a fun mixed drink for a great price but now, ugh! I would not go back unless it was the only place open — which it might be, open till midnight on weeknights! Got the 2 for $ 25 meal — Grilled Chicken Wonton Tacos — Filling was too salty. And the the toppings were placed above(not in) the crispy wonton shells. Had to stuff them ourselves — Honey Pepper Chicken Tenders on Mac and Cheese — The chicken tenders were good(how can you mess them up?) but the sauce honey sauce drenched the mac and cheese. — Baby back ribs with fries and coleslaw — Meat tasted odd, like it was smokey in a bad way. The coleslaw looked dry and husband didn’t like it at all. Also got a strawberry lemonade, the syrup tasted a bit chemically.(Red Robin’s freckled lemonade is WAY better) I didn’t even bother boxing up my leftovers. Next time I’ll stick with the chicken tenders and fries(if I were to go back)

Came here on a Sunday night, was told we had to wait for about 10 minutes for my party of 4 even though there were plenty of empty tables. Not sure why… ALL those tables were reserved? When they finally called my name, the hostess seemed a bit rude and didn’t greet us or say anything along the lines of «follow me please.» Rather, she grabbed her four menus and just briskly walked off… so we quickly tried to follow after her. She placed our menus down, I said«thank you.» And again, no response out of her. Our waiter on the other hand was polite and came back to check on us a few times, refilling our drinks and asking how our food was. We did the 2 for $ 25 which seemed like a pretty good deal. We got the 7 oz sirloin and napa chicken and portobellos. Both of which were not bad, a bit on the salty side and oily side but that might just be our taste. The dishes they brought us for our appetizers were NOT clean at all. It was covered in what looked like some sort of spinach and artichoke dip from whoever last used it. It made me wonder the cleanliness of the rest of the place and how someone didn’t check these plates before stacking them away… then picking them up to give to new customers. All in all food was decent, service was ok, cleanliness seemed questionable.
