This place does *not* deliver. It will come up if you search«pizza delivery,» though. Our phone conversation went like this: «You deliver, right?» «Yes.» «You can deliver to [the address where I’m hosting a party for a bunch of kids at lunch time], right?» «Yes.» Well, the hour in question passes, they don’t show up, we call, and then we’re told«we don’t deliver.» So one adult has to be dispatched to pick up the food while the other one distracts the kids who aren’t being served lunch. Awesome. The restaurant staff are perfectly nice, but… yeah. The pizza is average. The chicken wings were probably a mistake.

I feel bad for anyone whose had a bad experiance here because this place has always served quality food. I love the fact that its not smothered in sauce, just enough to enjoy and they don’t skip out on cheese. yes, they can be a little greasy, that’s what happens when you use real cheese, and is usually a good indicator its fresh, we’ll usually let them sit for a sec just so they can reabsorb all that flavor, yummm… maybe not ideal for the pizza snobs or adventurous pizza types who want to see new stuff, but for someone who just wants a pep pizza for the family or a friendly neighborhood calzone this is just the spot!

I just can’t express it enough. This restaurant is by far the best pizza restaurant I have we very been to. I always get the freshest best tasting food here. And the friendly customer service is by far the best I’ve ever encountered. I recommend this restaurant to all my friends.

Positives: The pizza was pretty good, cheap too. Negatives: The service was mediocre at best, and wait time was longer than most.

So happy they reopened! I’m not a fan of mass-produced cardboard-tasting chain restaurant pizzas… I just want a fresh pizza with a good taste at a fair price. Pretty simple, right? They deliver! I get the large three-meat with garlic and extra cheese. FOR $ 11BUCKS!!! I almost feel like I’m ripping them off! It’s easily a $ 15 pizza. It’s always hot and tasty!

When it comes to pizza, I am all about the mom & pops. I would rather stab myself in the eye with a plastic fork than eat that chain restaurant garbage. This place serves up a satisfying pizza! One to rival the(former) famous paisanos of Castrovalley. Here’s the break down: Crust: chewy& crispy on the edges. Salted just right. It’s Not soggy. not doughy. Not undercooked. Excellent. Sauce: very simple. Tomatoes, garlic and maybe a few spices, herbs. But very simple. Cheese: chewy, flavorful– stretchy. Everything cheese should be on a pizza. They don’t mess around neither, sprinkling an extra layer of the stuff on top of the toppings!!! Toppings: I got half pepperoni, half combo. The combo seemed to have pepperoni, salami, sausage, onions and bell pepper. If it had mushrooms or olives, they were scant and I couldn’t see them or taste them because I ate the pizza in the dark, in the backseat of the car as my relatives drove and drooled all the way to TAFB. I wouldn’t order the combo again, mostly because I like LOTS of veggies than having lots of meat, but everyone else was happy with the meats. Service: friendly, polite, professional. They checked my ID when I used my credit card. I like that. Order ready in 15 minutes!!! Pizza was hot when I picked it up in 20 minutes. Offered peppers and napkins. Appearance: place is clean, offers carry out only. Small corner lot on pacific and north Texas street. Everything you could want from a really good pizza joint, except for delivery. :) but I don’t live close enough for delivery anyway.

Ok. My wife and I are pizza snobs. But we also have high hopes and trust our fellow Unilocalers out there who share our love of pizza. Unfortunately this pizza place totally missed the mark when it comes to originality. In fact, this establishment plays it so safe that it’s almost like they’re afraid to even make a pizza but it’s the only way of making money so they keep doing it! Let’s get down to the nitty gritty or lack thereof. Sauce/Cheese: the sauce to cheese ratio is almost non existent. As in there is no sauce. Like NONE. They were generous with the cheese however, and all the topping seem to just slide off with the first or second bite, but it’s due to the overcompensation of oil below the toppings and cheese. Toppings: pepperonis are the only reason this got 2 stars. What do you expect? They’re called PEPPERonis pete’s sake. Dough: ugh. I hate to even have to think back to the horrendous moments of putting that cardboard tasting gummy worm of a pizza in my mouth. No butter on the crust. No crunch with any bite. Overall: someone needs to take this pizza outback and shoot it.

Great prices, good food. Overall it’s a great product, and their prices rival that of little Caesars. Went here on a whim. Almost went to taco bell for a snack, but I saw they were still open so I bought some pizza. Their 7.993 meat is great. Very good value, I’ll be coming back.

It just doesn’t get better for less. Period! The three meat is OFFTHEHOOK! TRYIT! They also have a decent chicken pizza and a damn good combination. Ready quick, no drama. Good people, solid business!

I would have never expected pizza that good for $ 6! It was not NY pizza, but it was east coast and after eating so many crap pizzas out here, this was a great change. Great job guys. Stop and get pizza here if you like a sturdy dough, like sauce, and tons of cheese!

Typical middle eastern owned pizza joint. Not expensive, no atmosphere but a solid pizza pie. Great value and the wings were good also

$ 5.99 for a large pepperoni pizza, you just can’t beat that. It definitely taste better than Lil Cesar’s around the corner. I wouldn’t say it’s my first choice in pizza, but when your budget is tight and you have a cheesy craving, this will do… Keep in mind they don’t have pepper or parmesan cheese packets. It’s a small location and the parking lot is a bit crowded. It’s a good idea to call ahead so your order will be ready when you get there. It’s not the type of place you can sit and eat in. To-go only. Overall Im glad I gave them a try.

Was looking for an inexpensive pizza for just my son and I. Came across this spot on Unilocal and decided to give them a try. Traveling down I-80 by Am Canyon we phoned it in and eta was going to be 20 min. Pizza was hot and ready, perfect timing!!! I soooo hate Little Ceasars $ 5 fast n ready to go pizzas. They taste like garbage. it’s like jus buying bread w cheese on it! Literally no sauce on their pizza. that’s one of my pet peeves about bad Americanized pizza chains! and the crust isn’t good, tough n rubbery. So to my surprise I was very pleased by this small joint!(Literally it’s like a hole in the wall spot but I’m a big supporter of local businesses) My son liked that the bread was soft and that the mozzarella would stretch from the first bite like those commercials! when i bit into a slice while driving, lol, i also notice a light crunch of the bread… that i wasn’t expecting from a $ 6 pizza! And the big plus was that it didn’t taste like melted cheese on cardboard bread! you could actually taste the red sauce, not overly sauced where everything would jus slide off, but enough to know it was there. the pepperoni was good as well. not thin or over cooked where it would curl up n shrink. I got to say this place does a decent job of making an inexpensive pizza. I would definitely recommend this place… way worth the extra $ 1.51 instead of Little Ceasar’s down the street, total $ 6.51 after tax. Better quality«PizzaPie» w cheesy mozz and decent crust w sauce n pepperoni!!! I’m planning to buy a LG pepperoni during the week and be dropping it off to my teenage son at his high school. I do this as a treat when he brings home good grades. Please spread the word about this place if you like them and support local businesses! I also recommend Evalyn’s Pizza downtown Fairfield… I believe it’s on West Texas down the st where Armijo HS is. nxt door to Starbucks. It’s more expensive but we like ordering pizza by the slice as well as a treat!!!

This place has rude staff and they give your order away then make u wait longer with no real time of when your crap pizza might come out save your 7 $ for a 5 $ pizza and go to a real pizza place

There are places in this town where you can easily drop twenty dollars on one large pizza. I have no idea why, because NYPE is simultaneously the most affordable and most delicious pizza around. Getting in and out of the parking lot is a nightmare and they don’t carry Parmesan cheese packets, but once the majestic blend of sauce, cheese and meat hits your tongue, every worry from your day will melt away. The service has always been fast and friendly, even that time I had to cancel several pizzas because of a miscommunication. They don’t deliver, but so what? You can use that delivery charge and tip to buy another delicious pie! I cannot recommend New York Pizza Express enough.

Ordered really close to closing and they surprisingly still took my order. Pizza was good but could’ve used more sauce but other than that no complaints. It was fast hot and ready when I got there and for a $ 6 large pepperoni pizza I couldn’t really complain. Just think next time Imma ask to see if I can get more sauce and it’d be perfect actually.

Nothing fancy, hole it wall type spot. No thrills or frills. Go in. Very bare inside, order what you like off the menu… And you will sink your teeth into one tasty pie. 7.99 for a large 3 meat?!! Count me in! Plus an Xtra buck for extra cheese… And man, was it cheesy lol. I’m use to places skimping on the cheese. Even after I ask for extra. But man this tasted like I got the whole bag. I got well worth my 9. xx I paid. Will return in the near future, may not get extra cheese, seems they are very generous with a regular amount. So all in all… I recommend it! Thx Unilocal for leading me here, I was going to hit pizza Hut like I usually do. Glad I didn’t.

First off, you can see that the place wasn’t meant to make/sell pizza but hey, they get the job done. The pizza super gooood!!! I got garlic bread and wings too! Boy! That was money well spent. Make sure you go pick your order up in 10 mins or else it could be sold to someone else… I found that out. They ain’t like Pizza Hut or Lil Ceasar’s. Check this place out. Right in the shopping plaza with Subway.
