The four of them actually care about the experience because they know this will be a foundation memory for your marriage. Every other place I went basically told me to hurry up our keep it moving. So rude!
I dealt with Mark mostly and boy did his parents parents pass down the inside knowledge!!! I felt as though all I had to do and listen. I felt like I had an advocate and a friend. The time and care he took was two fold. He started by actually understanding my nervousness which made the whole process feel good instead of nerve racking. Then he focused on my Mirna’s every wedding ring want and need.
Mark found unique ways to save money and educated me on appropriate insurance options. I feel completely safe!
I will LITERALLY not buy a single piece of Jewelry from ANY OTHER JEWELER ON THE PLANET EVER! I will bring my future kids to Mark and his son or daughter!

Wonderful customer service. After a medal was accidentally engraved incorrectly for a first communion, they engraved a new one on the spot and DELIVERED to my house so we could travel to Rhode Island for the event! I also have gotten several things from them in the past including my wedding and engagement rings. highly recommend.

I can’t say enough about the folks at J. Albert Johnson! I just got married 2 weeks ago, and not only did they design my engagement ring (everyone thinks it’s Tacori, but it’s so much better!), but they designed my husband’s wedding band and helped me choose all the jewelry for my bridal party and me for the wedding. They are beyond helpful and knowledgeable, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Their selection is great, but what really makes them stand out from their peers is their superior customer service and attention to detail. You’ll never be disappointed if you go there.

We had 2 custom jobs to do (wedding ring and engagement ring) and bought the other wedding ring from Jonathan at J. Albert Johnson. They did a FABULOUS job with all 3 and have continued to take care of us, even though I’m sure we’re nowhere near their best customer. It’s a nice family-​owned place and I highly recommend!!!
