My boyfriend and I stopped by literally like 5 mins ago and the lady that was working the register inside not only did not give us a receipt but also was coughing all over the place without even covering her mouth. Didn’t bother to go and wash her hands. By far the MOST disgusting place I have ever been to.

Wendy’s— reliable around almost every corner, and slowly losing customers— because their menu needs more variety!!! seems to me your not listening to the customers needs.(The one on Main Street Fairfax most assuredly needs a remodel.) I ordered my food did not receive a receipt and was missing an item from what I ordered I had to go back a second time. The guy handing me my food look so high from drugs I can’t believe he was at the register and handling my food. What can I say it’s fast food right? No good.

I have been known to come here pretty often. However, every time I come, there is a problem. Generally, I dine in. However, every time I do, the service is quite slow. I’ve come in to order and on multiple occasions the cashier didn’t know what menu item I was talking about or how to ring it in. The food is always hot though.

Today’s service want bad. Despite my wife being mad at me for going to eat junk in the midst of our healthy eating week today visit want bad over all. But the cod sandwich is so plain not enough tartar suave and with this being the best fish out of any other fatty food place I just wish they added sobe condiments to it like onions or cheese a spicy sauce maybe. My baconator was right on point juicy and hot so tasty was the highlight. Serve is airways pretty good at this place.

This used to be my favorite location but the service is slowly going downhill. At the drive thru speaker I told the lady I had a coupon but at the first payment window I noticed I was charged iin full. I again told her I had a coupon and gave it to the cashier who corrected my total but told me next time I should mention my coupon when I place my order. Annoying!

They tried to charge me 9% tax on my food. Excuse me? Sales tax in this area is 5%(including local tax), technically food tax is 2.5%(including local tax) but everyone else charges 5% as a loophole. 9% is absolutely crazy. When I complained about it, they argued with me and refused to discount the order to compensate. They were RUDE too, they acted like I had no idea what I was talking about, but at the same time they didn’t even know how to adjust the order. Never going here again.

I don’t know why I even decided to give this place multiple chances. There’s this one woman who works there, usually at the window where they hand you your food, that is completely rude. After stopping by the first window where you pay, you approach the second window and see this woman with her whole arm arm, bag of food in her hand, as if just doesn’t have the time to WAIT for you to actually get there. I assume she’s SO busy that she’s expecting you to drive up to her, grab the food as fast as you can, and drive off so she can do it all over again with the next customer. How RUDE of her to be sticking her arm out the window BEFORE you even get there. I think one time she even said something under her breath when I didn’t get there fast enough. When i asked her if I could talk to her manager, she played it off like she said something else.

Have you ever been to a drive through when you could not understand the person taking your order? I have had several such experiences here only the last time I was politely working with the girl and she gave me a healthy dose of «service with an attitiude.» So I backed out after I placed my order. No mas for me. I work too hard for my money! As for Wendy’s food — I love it.
