I like the new self-service«fast lane» kiosks so you don’t have to wait in line to order from a cashier. Nevertheless, the lines for cashiers do still seem a bit disorganized. Luckily they have staff members to help people use the kiosks. Thumbs-up to some new menu items like the Thai Garden Chicken Wonton Broth Bowl and Chicken Soba Noodle Salad. Fairly generous rewards club to keep you coming back, and responsive customer service. It’s been a while since I dined at Panera so have not witnessed the condition of the restroom, as mentioned in another review.

Always a delight to eat here. Not a very big location, and if they pack the house, it can feel cramped inside. But they have plenty of tables and some outdoor seats as well. I almost never have a bad experience here, and the location is pretty convenient for me to stop by for a quick bite. They also recently installed their fast lane kiosks, so you have to wait in the big line; pretty simple to use, and it gives you the option to customize your meal even more than ordering at the queue.

I give this 2 stars only because my meal was good, basic Italian Combo and salad. My wife ordered the Steak and Aurgula Sandwich, and there was no steak it was roast beef!!! I compared the roast beef on my sandwich to her meat. EXACTSAME! what a scam. I had a free pastry for my birthday, but yet the cashier makes me pay for one, then I have to return to get my free pastry. Well what was the point of having a free pastry. They did this to 2 people in a row. Panera HQ should come and audit how this place is run!

The quality of food at Panera bread never disappoints me! I love their cinnamon crunch & cheese bagels… Hold the cream cheese though. This location was clean & not too busy for a Saturday. I did feel like it took linger than usual to get our food. We only ordered a toasted bagel, a panini & a pastry & we waited about 10 – 15 mins even though we were the only people waiting on food… I still enjoyed my bagel.

I am a big Panera fan and let me just say, I am NEVER going to this one EVER again. I placed an order online for in store pick-up. I got to the store 45 minutes after placing the order only(orders are advertised to be ready in 10 mins, so they had plenty of time) to find that it wasn’t in the online pick-up station. I went to ask someone if it was ready. First of all, the person spoke barely any English and was not able to communicate with me. What I finally found out was that they didn’t have the bread for one of my sandwiches so they just didn’t make the order. This wouldn’t be a big deal except that they had ALL of my contact information for my online order — name, phone number, email, etc. They could of easily called me to ask for a substitution. I said fine, make it with white bread instead. Guess what — no white bread! I mean, its 245 in the afternoon? How are you out? Anyway, after it took them 15 minutes, I finally got my order with ZERO apologies, explanation, or offer for anything to compensate for my time and frustration. My guess is that no one who worked there spoke enough English to offer a proper«I’m sorry.» Needless to say, I am appalled by the horrible service I received and encourage others to be weary when visiting this location.

Im very upset over the hot chocolate I received today. They fill just half of the cup and felt like drinking steamed milk.

The Panera bread at this location is easy to find. The store itself is clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. I have always stop by this location for my lunch break and go here twice a week. I really love their BBQ chop chicken salad and Chicken noodle soup. This is a healthy choice for a lunch meal. At this Panera bread, I tend to see more choices of desserts and my favorite is the double fudge brownie.

Store display says it’s open until 10. We walked in shortly after 9 and tried to order food. The employee was very kind and accommodating. I decided to tip him before my order was complete. At this point the manager comes over and was very rude. We were told that there was a new policy in effect today that they close at 9 instead of the displayed hours of operation of 6am-10pm. We were asked to leave and locked out while others were seen through the window dining. Would not return to this location.

Review of the delivery catering service only… so for convenience, this is fabulous. You can order in advance, specify a delivery time(in 15 minute increments), and they provide all the plastic ware necessary for your order. My delivery driver was a little early, which was appreciated in my case– gave me more time to set the event up. I think if you order the bagel/pastry combo they should prompt if you want cream cheese. I totally blanked on ordering any and ended up with a lot of extra bagels, but that’s on me. IMO, it was more money than I’d spend for the quality Panera offers, but since it’s on the associations card, I’m at peace with the pricing. I’d use them again for future events. Another drawback– they don’t deliver coffee.

Food was as expected from Panera — fresh and tasty. This location was filthy though! Sticky floors, walls with food remnants and worst of all, the drink station wall was covered with fruit flies. Ugh. With the number of employees on hand in between the breakfast and lunch rushes they should easily be able to handle some basic cleaning to prevent this nastiness.

This particular location is always very unorganized, employees are busy talking about their personal life rather then providing costumer service! Their chocolate chip cookies are terrible! I’m not coming here again.

This Panera Bread is still a very nice destination. I have heard a rumor though that they are converting this location to a Panera Express. From what I understand, it is converting to a place that is catering to a grab-and-go environment with limited seating. I have sent a message to Panera and I will do here in the form of an update. If they carry this out, this Panera will probably die and we will definitely come here way less if not, not at all. I am sure this would be the same result of a whole lot of people who like to go there and relax and read the news while they eat.

Worst service ever. I have been waiting to get a smoothie for my kid and it took them for ever until i had to go to the counter to remind them. Guess the owner doesn’t want to serve every customer and is only interested to serve female customers who wants to chit chat with him

This store has not aged well. The place seems battered, dingy and like someone else commented dirty. But more importantly, the service has fallen off badly. I can forgive a place for being out of stock once in a while — but four visits in a row is inexcusable. Can’t seem to find a time during breakfast hours when they actually have the breakfast soufflé. Shame this had been my go to Panera. I’ll shift elsewhere for now. UPDATED: tried a few more times and not once did they have soufflés. Drive by this one from now on…

The ladies in my house are big fans of Panera’s formula. This store is no different. They deliver on some healthy food choices and great pastries. Three stars for the cleanliness of the store. Actually, it should be rated lower for cleanliness after seeing the condition of the men’s bathroom(But since men are often messy I will mention a few more things: 1. Plates not cleared from tables 2. Flooring in poor condition. 3. Torn seats 4. Small fruit flies in two areas of the store(which begs questions about the drains and kitchen area) HONESTLY the food was as expected, but I’ll not be returning to this store. My final comment is that perhaps this store was experiencing an off day, or was short staffed.

I’ve visited this location several times over the years and I’ve always had good experiences. I’ve never had an amazing visit, but I don’t set my expectations to high for chains. They always get my order correct and the service is fast. Sometimes I use the Panera app to order my food in advance, via rapid pickup and it is always a positive process. The app is well designed and easy to use. The hope is that the person on the other end gets it right. So far, so good for me. Every employee I have encountered is friendly and helpful. They keep the line moving and never seem to be understaffed or unprepared. One thing I always like about Panera is dining/seating areas in their locations. For the most part there is plenty of seating at this location. But my main complaint with this location is the cleanliness. It always seems to be dirty. I realize that they see a high level of traffic, but I wish they would pay more attention to detail and get some folks who can clean the place up quickly. If they can nail this down I believe the location will be better served. Otherwise, I like coming here and it is much better than some other locations I have been to in the Fairfax area. *This business is NOT gun carry friendly. They do not have a policy or sign, but they«prefer» you not carry.

Stopped in for lunch with my wife. Had a perfectly-good sandwich and my wife thought her salad was fine. If you’ve been to one Panera, you’ve been to them all.

One of the worst Paneras in the area. Always get my order wrong. Always dirty with trash laying around. Always takes longer than usual to make my food. All the other Paneras near by are better. I don’t like this location. Poor management? Ran out of baguettes tonight. That’s like Arby’s running out of roast beef. Silly.

Panera is a great little spot to get a soup, sandwich or a salad. They also have breakfast bagels and pastries. You go to the counter you order, get a pager and they page you when you meal is ready. I personally love the french onion soup and the baked soup. The bear claws are awesome. They have Pepsi products which I am not a of, especially since they don’t have a sprite, or sierra mist type soda there. You will see lots of people on their computers as they do have free wi-fi. This location is pretty clean and fairly quick with their orders. I would certainly come back. A tip for all of you travelers… if you are ever in Saint Louis the Panera restaurants out there are called Saint Louis Bread company.
