I just came in with my boyfriend to order Togo and Konnie helped us. She was easily the friendliest Panda Express employee I’ve ever had! I appreciated her service and her positive attitude. Give this girl a raise! Thanks girl!

Worst service tonight. All the staff was cleaning and counting registers. Too busy to pay attention to their customers. It was still 45 minutes till closing. One staff helps and then stops after adding rice to one container to go to another staff and discuss the bet they placed with each other on whether or not the register total was counted correctly or some nonsense. Then another staff apologizes for that staff just walking away and not helping us. He half finishes our order and the other staff member finally comes back to finish and take my money. I get home which is just down the street and the containers leaked all over everything. Also missing sauces for the rangoons. Oh and did I mention the portions were absolutely stupid. I guess they rather throw away all the leftovers at 10 pm when they close or take it home for themselves. Worst experience ever.

Panda is a chain restaurant, I get it, but if you’re paying money to eat anywhere, quality is a must. Not the case here — this will be our last time coming to a Panda Express. I usually order orange chicken, and it is usually good but after there was something in my chicken that I could not chew, I was disgusted to keep eating. Also, as other reviewers have mentioned, the orange chicken used to be soft and tender, now it’s rock hard and crispy — you can’t even cut it with a fork– what is this stuff?!! Horrible.

Worst Panda Express I’ve gone to. I went there and I was given rock hard, dry orange chicken. I went back to the counter and the young man I talked to was very apologetic and gave me a whole new order. When I was ordering, Hannah was EXTREMELYRUDE. My grandma was a first timer and couldn’t decide what she wanted. A young employee named Hannah had rolled her eyes several times. She didn’t say anything the whole time and she had a nasty look on her face. We will NEVER go to this Panda Express again because of her. We left mad and disappointed.

One of the worst Panda locations I have been to. Twice now the employees have left 1 of my 2 entrees out of the container. The first time I checked before I left and caught the omission, to which I got the response of ‘my bad’, tonight it happened again except that I didn’t know until I was home; ordered orange and kung pao chicken and when I got home and opened the lid there was no kung pao. I live far enough that I didn’t want to go back. Other times I have gone and you could tell they were understaffed, so it took forever to serve everyone, and the line got super long even though it was past peak dinner times. Additionally, the staff here is never proactive and waits until something completely runs out before cooking a new batch, instead of getting a head start. As a result, people always have long waits for certain items.

Food is usually pretty good but the service is mediocre at best. Bunch of young kids who could care less about there job and barely pay attention you or your order.

We live near this location and we are always shocked at the lack of prepared food! I dot go to Panda Express because I want to wait 15 minutes for them to prepare my meal, I go because it’s good food and fast. We went in Saturday at about 11am and they had next to nothin prepared. We stood at the front of the line for a few minutes and finally left after we grew tired of waiting. Not a single employee acknowledged us or let us know they would be with us in a moment. It was really disappointing. Wish this location would learn how to be more prepared for customers! The good is always good, just not always worth the wait.

They have the best fortune cookies with the best fortunes inside! I’m not a fan of Chinese food… authentic or Americanized.

Panda is good for those days when you know you want to cheat, you want cheap greasy chinese, but you don’t feel like going to a restaurant. I love the black pepper chicken and the honey walnut shrimp. The location in fair oaks is nice because the food is always fresh and there isn’t ever a ridiculous wait. The staff is ‘friendly enough,’ not the greatest customer service, but at least you get what you order.

Very disappointed! We go to panda all the time, love it. One of our favorites is the fried rice, yet tonight we get home to find out that they now make the fried rice with BROWN rice! We were so pissed I had to call to confirm. I Like brown rice with chicken and veggies, or with fish. But definitely not in Chinese fried rice! 2 loyal customers lost! Bad idea panda, we will be going elsewhere from now on!

Conveniently located in the Safeway and Peet’s Coffee parking lot, I come here if I need a quick meal. Yeah, it’s a chain. Yeah, it’s not authentic Chinese food. However, I haven’t had a bad plate of three entrees with chow mein yet! I also fill out their survey on the receipt and come back for my free entrée when you get a two-entrée plate. I haven’t gotten their food to go, so I can’t comment on there being not enough food in the takeout container like Betty stated. I usually split the three entrée plate with my daughter when we eat there and we usually have food left over. Then again, I’m a small thing and I don’t eat much.

I always love Panda express primarily for their orange chicken. It is perfection. Perfectly sweet and crispy. It really is the main reason that I keep coming back. I do also enjoy their string bean chicken as well, but I do not think either of these dishes re heat very well. I have never really been into a Panda express that wasnt clean and they do a good job at keeping it the same everywhere you go.

I usually have my Chinese food from a restaurant that makes it right then and there but decided to give this«fast food» joint a shot. Blah! I asked for a few things in containers thinking that like the regular places, they’d pack it in… Nope! Beef and broccoli, 3 pieces of beef and10 pieces of broccoli. The food tastes OK but I rather eat at my regular Chinese place where the price is great, the containers hardly close and the food is delicious. I guess this place is good for a quickie. ;)

Really friendly people work here, there’s always a cute guy embarrassed to be eating in here with his parents and the food’s tasty.

Love the taste, and price! Kid friendly Chinese food, mine won’t always eat as adventurous or authentic as dad and I. They have also had a bunch of fundraisers for the local schools so they really give back to our community!

This is Chinese fast food. It seems typical and the same as all Panda Express places I been to. It’s pretty safe and the food is made for the palette of people who cant handle REAL Chinese food. This isnt a bad thing. I think it’s great. I wasnt in the mood for fast food like burgers, KFC or tacos/burritos. I wanted rice. If you’re Asian, sometimes you need that FIX for rice to feel better. I needed it. The customer service is very typical like all Panda Express locations. They stand behind the counter and serve you filling up your plate. They were nice people. Food tasted good for something fast. I was satisfied right after.

I’m torn between two and three stars. Out of desperation, since the best Chinese we have tried is over 20 minutes from home, we tried this Panda Express nearby. The food was OK. The sweet and sour pork actually tasted like sweet and sour pork and the potstickers were also good. We also tried their kung pao chicken but it was incredibly spicy — there must have been over twenty chilis included in the box. We also tried their eggplant with tofu dish which was actually pretty good — sweet if a little on the bland side. We ended up mixing the kung pao and the eggplant dish together to try to dilute the strength of the kung pao spice and give the eggplant some flavor, which turned out pretty decent. Overall, we’ll probably try them again if we are caught in a bind for dinner. I just wish a really good Chinese place would open up in Fair Oaks. Please, please, please!

I guess I showed up on a good night… It was around 5:30 on a Tuesday night. I got a couple rice bowls with veggies, walnut shrimp and chicken… everything was well stocked and freshly cooked… we were quite pleased… i am sorry you had a bad experience Carol. I hope my next time is a positive one, because I do plan on going back soon…
