The staff are super nice and iv been here twice and will come back any time I get a break

I have bought wings from this location twice. Don’t think I will again.
The first time, I ordered online. I arrived 18 minutes late for my food. I was sure my food would be cold and not fresh, but that was fine because something had came up and I couldn’t be there at my exact pick-​up time. Boy was I wrong! I still waited about 6 minutes for my order!
The second time, I dined in. From the moment I walked in and saw all the men in the kitchen talking, and leaning lazily against the equipment, I knew it was a bad idea to eat there. The guy taking the order didn’t greet us, spoke so low, and just overall seemed extremely unhappy to be taking my simple order! I walked around and could not find a clean table. I had to sit and take paper towels to clean the dressing and crumbs on the table as well as keep the dirty napkins (because they don’t have garbage cans). There were about 5 lazy ass men working that night, one of them couldn’t clean the tables?!? By observing the way they were working, I was positive we’d wait 30+ minutes for our food but it was actually fast. And fresh. That’s why I give them the second star. Never again getting wings from here though. Making the drive to the Crestwood Location instead.

The staff is nice and professional. The food was great and didn’t have to wait too long. The restaurant itself has a nice environment with a aviation theme. The dining area is very spacious and very clean.
The only negatives are nitpicky, but they annoy me. Which is why I took off a star.
— No napkins. Only a single roll of paper towels at the front counter that everyone in the place has to use. The fact that I have to get up from my meal every time I get dirty fingers or whatever is unacceptable.
— No trash bins. I know your supposed the just leave your garbage at the table so staff can clean it up but I still would like to be able to throw something out when I want to.
