Popeyes

I honestly never like to give a bad review, but sometimes it is warranted and this is one of those times. What happened to this Popeyes is beyond me, for many years it was great. I went there last night and once again the service was horrible. After paying for my food I waited and waited and waited. It was not extremely busy. Finally when I got the attention of one of the ladies because they were either socializing with each other or looking at their cell phones, I asked what happened to my order. I guess they were so busy with other important issues like laughing, talking with each other or checking their phones they forgot. You can never get what you want because they are always out of something and no matter when you go, there is a long wait for various reasons such as waiting for the chicken to cook or in this case, just plain forgot about the customer. The overall quality of the food is disgusting as well. I use to love this Popeyes but this has happened the last several times I have gone there. So no isolated incident or just a bad day but consistently bad service. This was definitely my last time, what a big waste of time and money.

every time i go here, they always seem to be out of one thing or another. the last time i ordered from here, they gave me old chicken tenders, and i’ve had issues with missing items and some very nasty service there. there are times i’d rather go out of my way and go to the one on 103^rd than go here, which i’m going to start doing from now on.
