Terrible. Ordered 1 large pizza and it took them an hour and 45 minutes to deliver it. By the time we got it, it was cold and thrown around in the box. To make matters worse there was hardly any meat and cheese. We were able to catch the delivery guy but he told us to call the store and they would give us our money back, we called multiple times and no one answered the phone. Terrible food and terrible service.

Ordered my pizza’s online at 6:00 for 8:30 delivery. A few minutes later I received an email confirmation saying my pizza would be delivered at approximately 6:53. When I called them the phone rang for at least a minute, no answer so I hung up and called back. I asked the kid that answered the phone to change my delivery time t 8:30. He tried and said the system wouldn’t let him. He put me on hold to go check with the kitchen. When he came back he said it was already in the oven. I asked him why it was in the oven already if they weren’t going to deliver until 6:53. He said they cook the pizza’s and wait for delivery drivers. He then told me that because I was the customer they would eat the cost and he would re-​enter my order for 8:30 delivery. It showed up at exactly 8:30 but tasted like it was cooked at 6:00. I don’t think they re-​made my order, it was ice cold and dry. I will not order from this location ever again.

Slowwww service even with online order. Cashier was on phone with another customer for forever. Ordered for 4:30 pickup. It is now 4:49…

Worst experience I ever had in Pizza Hut we were ordering carryout just a simple order of breadsticks after 40 minutes of waiting we decided to ask them why what’s taking so long they couldn’t find our order and they wanted us too wait another 20 minutes I will never order anything from this location ever again

It’s was wonderful experiencing one of their delivery drivers yelling at us in road rage as we drove a bit slower near an ambulance to be safe. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would recommend! Especially if you have your nine month old infant in the car as well. Stay classy!

Worst Pizza Hut ever. We live right down the hill, tried them when we first moved in about four years ago, it was terrible, wrote them off. Tried again tonight because we had a house full of kids who wanted the new Cheesy Bites Pizza. Placed our order online, email confirmation said it would be here within one hour. Already annoying because the Dominos across the street only ever takes 35 mins at the most, but okay. One hour goes by, nothing. Nervous because of our previous experiences, we called the location. Was told they got busy but our order was out the door. Ten more minutes. Nothing. Called back, was told our order was then just going out the door, no apology, no concern noted. Asked for a manager. Was then told our order was actually 5 – 10 mins from leaving but would be comped. Specifically asked if we could count on order or should we just cancel. Was assured it was fine. Finally got our order 15 minutes later, (90 minutes after ordering, and we live 5 mins away!!!) incomplete and cold, and was informed that he had actually been out and lost for who knows how long. The only thing worse than bad service is being lied to by three different employees. Had they told me the truth on the first call, I would have canceled and gone elsewhere. Never again.

Disappointing sums it up. When this store first opened we ordered from them several times because they were the only pizza place nearby. After several bad experiences I quit going there. 2 other pizza chains opened across the street and I preferred to go there. Tonight my kids asked if we could get Pizza Hut because it’s so good. So I ordered and my 16 year old daughter and husband went to pick it up. When they got there they were told it was not ready so they waited another 15 minutes and brought the pizza directly home. When they got home and we live less than half a mile away our pizza was completely cold. Disappointing sums it up and I will not be back.

have ordered many times from this location. Big fan of Pizza Hut. Unfortunately this location is hit or a miss. Mostly a miss. Pizza is cold. Last visit was the worse of all. Girl chatted with her friends for good 10 mins while my pizza was sitting in back and got cold.
Domino’s across the street is my first choice now over this Pizza Hut location.

You definitely get what you pay for. 60 min wait to receive cold pizza. Like sitting in the fridge cold. Save your money and grab papa murphys instead. We will never order here again.

Where do you start with this horrible franchise. They do not honor the national promos Pizza Hut advertises on tv. When you order a $ 6.99 pizza on their website it comes up as $ 9.99. You ask a store rep about the price difference and they say they do not honor them as they lose to much money! Huh? what a joke. On football Sunday they would rather turn down my business when Dominos offers all pizzas for 50% off.

Not good. We ordered a supreme pizza and 3 orders of wings. There was hardly any sauce on the wings (I actually had to ad my own when we got home) and the pizza was so-​so. I did not feel good in the stomach for a day after eating here.
I will NOT be going here again. Should have known better!

No good, we order a pan pizza, and it was bad, we tried it for second time thinking that could be better, and again, bad, we have order pizza from the store on 128 and they are good, service and pan pizza was raise properly, and toasty, I do not recommend the store on 132 st, it looks like they have a problem bringing to the right point the pizza dough

After I received my order I asked for water for my 2 daughters and they said «this location does not provide free water». I couldn’t believe it, first time in my life I’ve been denied water at a restaurant.

Never waited so long for Pizza Hut in my life ??? Definite training break down or something … Been sitting here 15 mins now

I am a big Pizza Hut fan and like that I have two close by because their any pizza deal really can’t be beat. This location I have ordered from a bunch of times and they are always fast. The pizza is good (Large Super Supreme with hand tossed crust =) and can’t go wrong with some Pepsi. I’ve never had the wings but there are places to go for good wings, like the places that have wings in the name. But if pizza is what your after the same holds true and Pizza Hut is always a sure bet for me.

I have ordered several pizzas from this location and a few orders of Wings. I have never had any issues with service or quality at this location. The food is always hot, fresh tasting and ready when quoted. Although, Pizza Hut is not my preferred pizza, it is the closest to my house and the quality is always consistent. Based on these items, it earns a 5 star rating. It is Pizza Hut and they make the pizza the way Pizza Hut has designed there pizzas after all.
I do appreciate how they place the peppers and Parmesan cheese packets on the counter by checkout though so you can take them on demand. Some pizzerias are so greedy about giving them out, but here you can take them. They even sometimes have free mints!

I gotta say I don’t mind the thin crust supreme. It’s definitely not gourmet, but also not the worst pizza I’ve ever had, and I even choose it on occasion. The deliver is usually prompt, though they’ve messed up my order a couple of times. To give them credit, when they did screw up the order, they remade it and redelivered right away, leaving the mistake pizza behind — in other words, we got a free pizza… just how it should be when a restaurant makes a mistake with the order.
Just the thought of the burning hot boneless wings makes me salivate — they are actually reeeeeaally hot. Strangely addictive and worth the pain. Beware… they are still just as hot on the other end. Ouch!

The service at the take out only Pizza Hut is horrible. One guy runs the register while 3 coworkers yuk it up in the back. Meanwhile, your pizza is getting cold.
As far as the pizza goes the thin crust was cracker thin and had hardly any sauce or cheese on it. The regular crust was better. I’m not heading back anytime soon.
