lots ofhomeless people hanging around in this store. and also the restroom is disguisting smell like shit!

I bought the mozzarella cheese sticks, thought they should be gooey and delicious. Why I think the commercial is an indication of what I will receive is my mistake. Instead, there was 3 sticks of breading with a sad hole in the middle. I thought it was just a mistake on my order, was sad to throw them away, even though I was hungry. Then I saw a news report of other people who had the same experience. I think a huge corporation like McDonald’s should be sure that what the customers are expecting is what we get. I have decided that I need to spend my money where I can have some expectation of receiving what I pay for. I am done with McDonald’s for good.

Hmm as it is McDonald’s is on my black list and today I went to get just about the only one think I like from here, the mc griddles. I treat myself to this yummy junk every once in a blue moon.
And this morning even though it was still breakfast time, he said they are not serving that today. No apologize or attempt to make up for it.
Still no disappointment since there is never high hopes for McDonald’s.

I ordered 2 mcdoubles and an Oreo mcflurry. I had to wait 15 mins. When I tried to cancel the mcflurry, the cashier said «oh you’re waiting for a mcflurry?» when he was the one who took my order and I even corrected him because he was charging me for the wrong item. If there was no ice cream, he should have said so. If I didn’t ask, I could have waited all night? That is not good. This is not the first time but I’m only speaking now. A year or so ago, drive thru was one quarter pounder short and I only found out when I got home. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the server’s name. But he is wearing eye glasses and Hispanic looking with a clean accent. Worst McDonald’s branch in the Everett area.

I was gonna give two stars because the staff was friendly but really the food is salty and heavy. They did not have any girl toys for a happy meal and where unapologetic for it. This is the second time I have been in there rest room and found used needles in the changing station and tin foil with some burnt substance on the floor. I can not give this place more than one star for that. Here in Everett they need to lock the door and go to a coin system to keep people from doing drugs in the bathroom.

This morning. 8:30am. Messed up our order. Burned one of the breakfast sandwiches. Asked 3 times what our order was in drive thru. Forgot straws & napkins. A different day. Monday 1−11−16 12:55pm. The forgot I was in the waiting parking spot

I come here because it close to me… but its the dirtiest mcdonalds ive ever been to. Garbage on the floor. the drink area and tables. plus its the local drug addict hangout ive noticed.

They NEVER have ice cream here. The lobby is always a disaster and they have a clan of homeless people in the corner near the bathroom. Garbage everywhere and food, it’s smelly and nasty. On top of being dirty they literally never have ice cream, no milk shakes, no mcflurries, no sundaes so pretty much no reason to even go to this McDonald’s unless you want a Coke.

So I go to this McDonalds because it’s really close to my home. Drive Thru was really long and employees was not train properly it took the cashier 5 minutes to count my change which I give her $ 11 and she didn’t even give me the receipt my girlfriend was in the car and it took enough time to get her change we went to the next window now only had to wait another 5 minutes to get up food and for the receipt that I asked the manager was really rude about it as I was leaving the parking lot this punk backed into my car because he wasn’t paying attention to what he was going as I was calling the cops he’s wanting to back into my car again the manager comes out and told me that if I didn’t move she was going to call the cops and make sure I got arrested I would never go back to this McDonald’s again I May as well going to Everett mall way or the one on 132^nd street the manager was so rude that she needs to be fired you did not threaten your customers and then call the cops on them for nothing I’m not trying to resolve something beware of this place also the food wasn’t even that great and it doesn’t even deserve a star if you are the manager reading this I hope you happy that you just lost a customer for good you need to learn how to actually talk to your customers and maybe stay out of peoples business when the a collusion especially when that guy backs into somebody’s car in threatened them again if I could I will put no Stars

Usually missing one thing or another from my order. Order taker is good. Whomever expedites orders after 11am needs help or to be retrained. Point being this place could be better and no excuses otberwise.

Getting hot food, Good except the fries are hit and miss
Crew members are polite and listen well most pf the time.
When they mess up be sure to call the franchise owners number listed on the window. This will help them improve service!!!

This is the worst restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. I ordered an egg mcmuffin and a 20 piece chicken nuggets. I drove all the way home and opened my bag to find an empty box of chicken nuggets. A box with 10 chicken nuggets, 4 empty sweet and sour sauces and an upside down empty box of fries. I drove back and asked for a refund and got turned away because «I didn’t come back right away» and so I asked to speak to the manager who said «i bagged this order myself and I know the fries were in there» so I essentially got called a liar. In the end she gave me 5 dollars back for the 20 piece chicken nuggets after I asked if I was being told I was lying, but I would tell anyone who asks never to go here. Unless you want to be told your a liar and pay for someone else’s trash.

Almost every time I come here and make a big order, something goes missing. Yea I admit I could really appreciate a good McD’s from time to time. Sometimes I just want a juicy double cheese burger and perfectly fried fries. There have been occasions where I don’t get all my nuggets and sauces, ordered a hawk box last month that was supposed to come with mozzarella sticks which I was looking fwd to try but they didn’t give it to us. There are so many things wrong with this location. What really annoys me is yea I like to make modifications on certain burgers, I will get charged but they won’t even make it right! Yet this is the closet one to me so when I do get cravings a couple times a month I like to come get something quick. Just make sure you check your order before leaving the drive thru.

This is the worse McDonald’s in the Everett Area! Very slow service and the one lady that I don’t understand how she even has a job their is very RUDE AND NEEDS TO BE FIRED! So if you want slow rude service this is the spot to go!!!

It’s hit or miss with this one. Sometimes the service is quick and precise, other times it takes nearly 20 minutes of waiting in the drive thru line. More than once we’ve pulled into the line and by the time we get to the window, it’ll be too late to order a particular item since the clock has rolled past that menu items sale time. They make plenty of mistakes, but if you pull around and show them the receipt and what you were given, they’ll gladly fix it for you.

Sitting in drive thru for over 15 mins and STILL HERE, three cars back from getting order. Stopped off the freeway for some rhino FAST because we were very short on time. This place is not only slow the staff was very rude when we asked what was going on. Never again.

Really, how difficult is it to do a special order? No cheese on a quarter pounder is a simple request but at this McDonald’s you’re asking the world of them.
And their fries are always cold & soggy.

9:30 pm on a Saturday night the drive thru was the slowest I have ever been involved with EVER! We were the fifth car in line. It was about a 5 minute wait to order two shakes (not bad). 25 minutes later we pull up to the pickup and pay window. We pay, we get two shakes that have been sitting on the counter for at least 20 minutes. I hand them back telling the gal at the window that they are melted and would like two new ones. She comes back several minutes later empty handed explaining that they are out of shake mix and cannot put any more in the machine because it is getting cleaned tomorrow. We didn’t get offered the old ones, we did get a refund.
This is very much the worst experience I have ever had with any company.

This location sucks. It’s just a bunch of high school kids working who don’t really give a sh**. Young girl taking my order had one of the worse customer/​people skills I’ve ever seen. She was like a f***ing robot. This is the first ever review I wrote because I usually just brush bad service off but this time I had to write this.

This McDonald’s sucks. The only reason I deal with it is because it’s closest to my house.
— The drive thru is stupid and is tough to get in and out of.
— There’s two order speakers but only one is ever in use.
— The staff never remembers to give you sauces so you always have to ask again at the window.
— Your order is almost guaranteed to be either incorrect or missing something. So always double check your bag!!!
If you don’t expect to actually get what you order or care about it’s flaws, then feel free to risk this McD’s.
