Horrible! They sold us fake perfume and there are no exchanges or refunds. The perfume smelled like alcohol. There are no refunds or exchanges

My husband wanted to gift me my favorite perfume, Dolce & Gabbana’s Pour Femme, for Valentines day. When Macy’s was out they suggested that he go here since it was right next to them in the mall. They sold him chunky rancid lotion and perfume that smelled like rubbing alcohol. I just wanted to exchange the product for a new one and the lady behind the counter screamed in my face that there were no refunds or exchanges (which was NOT posted anywhere or on the receipt). I tried to explain to her if she would just smell the lotion or perfume and compare it to the one of my old ones she would see that it was old/​tainted product. She refused and threatened to call security. WTF? Really?
