I think I must have encountered the«old lady» another reviewer writes about. She wasn’t entirely rude to me but certainly not hospitable. However, there was a young girl in there while I was there and she asked a question about a sale item and the lady was so rude to her! Her response was like a snotty 15 year old girl. She acted like the girl was stupid for asking the question and as much as rolled her eyes. The girl wasn’t even out of ear-shot and the woman was mocking her. This woman must own the store because she’d certainly be fired otherwise. She warmed up to me by the end of my visit, but it was an unpleasant experience none-the-less. You’ll get better service at Walmart and pay about 80% less. Or go to a different location unless you’re a masochist.

My wife is the worst to go shopping with. Really! Generally we will shop for hours across multiple stores and maybe go home with a bra and some faux jewelry because she can’t fine anything that fits and she likes. Yesterday I purposed to take her to get some new clothes. I wasn’t going to come home without spending at least a few hundred dollars. Well, I was pleasantly surprised when she found a whole pile of clothes she likes! Tops, sweaters, a bra, bottoms(I still don’t know what they are called) and some jewelry were all to be had. The staff treated me nicely and showed me to an armchair while my wife and daughter shopped away. Unfortunately all they had to read were children’s books but it was better than nothing. Thanks for the hospitality and for being great to my wife and daughter!

Didn’t have a fantastic selection of sleepwear(unless you like pajama-suits instead of nightgowns, in that case they had a bounty), but they had a great sale on plus-size panties while I was there.

Will not ever bother to go here again. Today’s events were unbelievable really. You know, some people should just plain NOT be in retail. Went here today to try to find some items for an upcoming trip. Most of the clothes that they stock here appear to be the ever popular 1X or 2X — which they don’t stock on a decent basis. So you’re left with whatever you can scrounge up off of the racks and/or mannequins. Well, today, I had to ask on 2 occasions to have something taken off of the mannequin so I could try it. Why? Because nothing else on the rack was my size. The old lady in here blurted out to the younger woman«Why»? And«you’re messing up my displays.» Well, crap, I don’t care whether I’m «missing up your displays.» Do you want to sell product or not. Then, when I come out of the dressing room and I’m checking out — she goes in to remove the clothes I left in there. When she comes tumbling out and hangs the stuff — she says«Wow, you had the whole store in their trying stuff on.» Well, how else would I DO it? Not a pleasant experience for a shopper and one I will not be repeating. There are other Catherine’s around and then there’s always Fred Meyer and WalMart — eh? Forget this place.
