Lithia Nissan of Eugene, Service

My wife and I bought a new Nissan Versa in 2014 in the SF Bay area. We came up to Eugene to visit her mother, and brought the car to this dealership for service. We had paid, in advance, for all maintenance for the first 3 years, which include things like oil changes and 15k mile tune-​ups. Our contract says quite clearly what is and isn’t covered. We’ve brought it to other Nissan dealerships and not had an issue getting service.
Here was a different story. Not only was the sales rep pushy and rude, but he outright LIED to my wife, and told her that if she wanted any service at all, she would have to pay. He tried to ring her up for $ 270 for the 15k mile service. She called me and wanted me to check, so I called the dealership we purchased it from, and they verified we had the maintenance prepaid and even mailed me another copy of the contract. When we countered the sales rep at this dealership with that information, he said that we were wrong and Nissan doesn’t cover the service we were getting.
He then continued to push her and try to get her to hand over a credit card for $ 270.
We refused, and took it to another dealership — which performed the service completely free, as it should be, since we prepaid.
I’m going to file a complaint with Nissan as well for how this shark tried to prey on us, tried to take advantage of us, and I will never, ever purchase or allow anyone in my family to purchase a vehicle from these people.
tl;dr: The dealer tried to make us pay for service we had prepaid for, and refused to honor the warranty that Nissan gave us. We took it to another dealer and they were more than helpful. DO NOT EVER GO HERE!

I came back to Lithia and have them look at my versa again (tire pressure monitor on) and had them replace my right signal light. Amazing service again! they replaced the bulb and diagnosed my car and reset the monitor all to the tune of $ 6.90. Exceptional customer service, I did not have to wait very long and most friendly Staff. My next car will be purchased in this delearship!

This place is the only place i will get my car fixed! Before moving to Eugene five years ago, I fully supported the ma and pa auto repair places but after going here once i have never regretted it! They have the nicest, friendliest staff and genuinely care about their customers. I have had everything from an oil change to timing belts to window replacements done here to my car and I feel completely confidant that they are not overpricing or selling me short on the service done to my car. I’ve even gone back when i thought they didn’t fix something and they were more than happy to re-​look at it because it should have been fixed the first time i came in. I absolutely love this place and would recommend it to anyone!
