This is only ice cream shop willing and able to support my kids with a severe nut allergy in the downtown area. Super friendly service, generous sized scoops. Highly recommend!

My family has been coming to Estes for over 20 years. I thought when we were kicked out (and yelled at by the owner) when one of our kids «touched and broke a $ 1 piece of candy» it was just us. I was planning on buying it up until then. Then my brother in law tells me he was charged another $ 3 when his son dropped his untouched cone on another trip. Could just be us but we won’t return after being loyal Malt Shop (previous name) fans. Both situations could have been handled more professionally.

Great selection. Very nice people! Of course ice cream is good, but it’s always nice to give your money to an establishment that appreciates your business! The grasshopper shake was amazing and the cherry chocolate chip shake was very good too! I can’t wait to come back. Great atmosphere as well.

It’s pricey, but it’s Estes Park so be ready to pay. The last time we were there they said they’d be open until 5, yet when we got there at 3 they were closed.
That being said the bacon milkshake is a wonderful thing! The chocolate covered bacon is very good and the tiger candy is awesome!

Great service, the kids loved the ice cream malts. It’s worth the trip. Great selection of candy, fudge, ice cream and a few gifts.
If you need a pick up, try the red bull shake. That’s right, Red bull in a shake.
We will be back!

A standout in a sea of similar shops. It’s especially fun with all the saddle chairs and cowboy hats for kids (good pictures).
The owner was also super nice to us, especially my daughter whose birthday it was!
