Homemade cones are amazing! Fresh and fun flavors. I just wish the ice cream was as amazing. Can I just buy a waffle cone? ;) I recommend the English toffee waffle cones. Yum! Fast and friendly service.

This little ice cream shop was cute and delicious. They have homemade waffle cones of different flavors, which was very unique. They have cone flavors such as marshmallow, mint chocolate chip, white chocolate Oreo, and peanut butter. The cones were not as flavorful as I had hoped. The homemade ice cream is even more delicious than their cones. Some flavors include tiger butter(peanut butter and chocolate) and red velvet Oreo. This is also a taffy shop! They had free samples, which were yummy.

We stopped in for ice cream on our way out of Estes Park because ice cream is delicious. I chose this place specifically because they make their own cones and ice cream. They have several different flavors of cones(peanut butter, marshmallow, cookies and cream, etc.), and several unique flavors of ice cream. I was not feeling very adventurous, so I stuck to a plain waffle cone bowl with strawberry ice cream. I loved the ice cream, it was classic strawberry, but just a little bit tangy. I thought the cone was just normal, nothing too special. The only issue I had was with the service. The girl who was working was not super friendly. My two friends and I were the only people in line and she did not seem very enthusiastic about answering my friends questions. Otherwise, this was a decent spot to grab some ice cream!

There are a LOT of ice cream/waffle cone/taffy places in Estes and this is one of the best; it is the place I go when I am in town. The ice cream is very good and I love all the different flavor of waffle cones you can get. The service was quick and friendly.

My friend and I are ice cream addicts… so of course we had to get ice cream on our trip to Estes. This little shop calls your name when you are on the street — it’s so adorable! They sell a variety of different flavors, along with old fashioned candies. The have homemade waffle cones… so without a doubt we had to get those. We each got scoops of the birthday cake ice cream in waffle cones. The scoops are HUGE, but we are troopers and finished them :) Cute shop, good ice cream.

A small and quaint ice cream and specialty candy store among the very crowded ice cream/candy stores in Estes Park. My group of friends stopped in here on our way to the Stanley Hotel. The Danish Cone Factory is what you would expect from a touristy part of town — a small nostalgic ice cream place that sells old fashioned candy. The ice cream flavors were pretty robust, and I ended up getting the red velvet oreo. Very creamy and very delicious — and what a unique blend of flavors! I didn’t have a chance to stop by the other 934239 ice cream places all within three blocks of one another, but I heartily give the Danish Cone Factory my recommendation.

So good! Just had a salted caramel cone, which was awesome. They had a lot of other traditional and other random flavors. And they make a variety of waffle cones. Highly recommend.

This is homemade ice cream at its best, best waffle cones i have ever had very crispy and nice choice of cone toppers. Coconut almond fudge ice cream was rich and decadent. also delightful were the vanilla, butter pecan, chocolate peanut butter, strawberry cheesecake, salted carmel,& chocolate chip cookie dough. there were about 30 flavor choices and all looked yummy. nice price for the size:) treat yourself! they also sell taffy, and carmel apples which look great although we just had ice cream.

I loved the freshly made waffle cone! Also, we’re from Texas and really enjoyed the large selection of Blue Bell ice cream flavors(y’all had more flavors than we’ve seen anywhere, and did I mention, we live in Texas where Blue Bell is made?). It was slightly pricey — $ 8 for two single scoop ice creams in waffle cones, but it was a treat worth paying for. :)

The Danish Cone Factory serves Blue Bell ice cream. Blue Bell is the greatest ice cream on the face of the planet. I ordered banana pudding because it was unique and sounded kind of awesome. Guess what? ITWASAWESOME. Also, only $ 3.23 for a single gigantic scoop? This is my new favorite place.

For a long time we didn’t know that Blue Bell Ice Cream was sold at Russell Stovers(much closer to us than Estes Park) so we came here for our Blue Bell for many years. My favorite is the Banana Pudding flavor. You can get it in a cup, cones or a to-go container. It’s by far my favorite ice cream. The only down side is that they don’t have consistent hours. We’ve gone at 11 am, noon, 2 pm and 6 pm. Sometimes they’re open, sometimes they aren’t.(Especially on week days.) It’s hit or miss with this place. But when they’re open it’s great! Recently(like last week) Blue Bell came to Colorado grocery stores, which is way more convenient, but not so great for a business like this. If I’m in Estes again I’ll still stop by, but it won’t be as special as it used to be.
