I wish I could give negative 5 stars. Absolute worst service I have ever received. I went in to get my daughter’s medicine, and they refused to take her insurance. Health net is a well known insurance. …sorry it’s not medical, and oh so sorry I actually pay for my insurance. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I will tell everyone who will listen what a piece of crap company you are.

This is the best Walgreens in town everyone here is very professional and super nice. I had a prescription that needed to be filled, I showed up 10 minutes before closing Rose and her staff Albert, Noreen were so helpful they got me in and out within 10 minutes. This is the fastest I ever got my prescription thank you guys for the service and keep the great work.

I dropped by here late night to get medicine for my mom. The service was fine, and they have everything that you might need late at night when everything else is closed. This place is a good alternative to the nearby CVS which closes early!

How hard is it to find a place with quality ice and in a reasonable sized bag? Pretty hard it seems. Thank goodness for Walgreens. I can now sip on my Jack Honey and Coke Zero. Saved the day!

This review is for the photo center. I went to Walgreens because I was on a mission of getting my disposable waterproof camera film developed. Target doesn’t do it. Walmart does not do it in-house. I researched and saw that Walgreens does it. Yay! Mission over. You have the option of getting singles, doubles, or a CD with the images. I want to say it was about $ 12 for 24 photos. If you get the CD, you can view the photos and select which ones you want printed, 30 cents per print. I turned in my camera and she gave me a claims receipt with the CD to be ready in approximately 30 minutes. The workers are really nice but a bit slow when ringing me up. I didn’t get anything else there but I did notice that they do a lot of gifts that you can personalize with photos. I will definitely keep that in mind for any upcoming occasions.

I go here mostly for convenience. The pharmacy is great, friendly service. Prices are decent, probably could find better deals elsewhere. But like I said, it’s about the convenience! Went here the other day to pick up pictures I ordered online. Walking up to the picture center and the employee was leaning there on the counter doing something on the scanner. I stood there awkwardly wondering if she noticed I was there. After a couple moments she asks me without looking up «Can I help you?» Needless to say, the experience was not pleasant but I got my pictures. That’s what mattered.

I found the pharmacy people smiley and helpful. They had lots of scrips backed up and told me up front that it would take about 1 ½ hours. I’m ok with that. It’ll give me more time to run errands. When I went to pick up my scripts, they were lost, or at least the tech couldn’t find them. Took almost 10 minutes to round them up. Not good. Seems like I’m not the only reviewer experiencing this disorganized store. The second time I went with a single item, it took them way too long and there wasn’t anyone else waiting. Maybe this is the way all pharmacies are run in southern california, so it’s possible this is a little better than most. The prices are very good for generic medicines, so I will likely return to Walgreens, even if it’s not this location. But I cannot recommend it.

If there’s one word that comes to mind when I think about this store it’s unorganized. There seems to always be something blocking the door whenever I go here. It’s kind of like a maze trying to get in and out. Also,(just on a side note) the way people drive in this parking lot is pretty frightening. My 1 hour photos were developed by a nice guy named Frankie. Really helpful, really friendly. Everyone seemed nice, and the store was alright… it’s just the place is so unorganized! I don’t think I can go back in there.

This store has kind associates. I wish I knew their names. There are two or three who are the total opposite. I had a terrible experience one time, took the survey, the manager called me, i wasn’t available, I called back and he never returned my call. I stopped going for a long time, probably 6 months or more. But, this store is so close to my house that it is a little more convenient. I agree with Tawni, it is understaffed. Many times the line is crazy long. So when going make sure you bring your patience with you.

This location is super understaffed at the front registers, and the people working back in the pharmacy(with the exception of 1 or 2) are very unprofessional. The other day I made the mistake of having a prescription moved from a Vons pharmacy to this one, since it’s closer to my house. I spoke to a woman on the phone who was SO unhelpful she wouldn’t even call the Vons pharmacy to transfer my prescription until I called them first to «make sure they were open». When I told her I didn’t think it was necessary to make two separate calls, she said«okay fine I’ll call but it won’t be for a while». She then told mr she needed to «register» me in their system so I gave her a ton of information and waited for her call. 5 hours later when I realized she hadn’t called me back like she said she would– I phoned them again, this time I spoke to a very polite man– who found NO record of my call earlier that day, and to my surprise– she never even registered me. What a little b… Ahem. Seriously– if this pharmacy didn’t have a drive through– I’d switch right back to that Vons pharmacy.
