This is my second time going in to this store. The customer service is so good I felt compelled to write a review. The store was nice and cool(it was 100 degrees outside) so it felt amazing to walk in. I was greeted with a smile by Antonia. She introduced herself and asked what she could do for me. She got me all set up with a new phone and recommended a case, which I absolutely love! She cleaned the phone and put on the protectant cover and case. I had to get a new number too so she sat with me for a while until we found the easiest phone number to remember. She was so friendly it was refreshing. Finally, a store that understands the value customer service! Thank you Antonia and Verizon Escondido!

Really disappointed in this retailer. I already had a phone with Verizon that I was having some issues with and I also needed to get a new line started up for business. Since I have insurance on my personal phone the woman on the customer service line told me I could go to any corporate store and they would give me a new one, but told me it had to be a company store and not an authorized dealer. I used google maps to pull up the closest location to me and then I called the store. I explained to the man that answered the phone what I needed and asked if they were a corporate store, he said yes so I drove over. I pull up and in very small print under there sign there is some weird message. I go inside wait my turn and then ask the guy, the same guy I had spoken to on the phone if they were a corporate store. He then says no and explains that they can still help me set up my new line though. I was so angry, I called him out on his lie and he would apologize or say anything, just kept saying we are almost the same. They are not almost the same and there is no way I want to start a new service contract with a person who lied to get me into the store. I ended up driving to the one in RB — I will never come back here.

The Worse service you can imagine!!! We come here on mothers day to get IPhone 5s for my in laws as a gift, my husband added them on his lines(they were with AT&T before) the lady who took care of us took a very long time to get this done, but this was not a problem. Problem come up when we got 2 bills in the amount of 520 $!!! What !!! This lady completely screwed up the whole thing !!! When we went to the branch she actually never combine the 4 lines she just opened separate account and when I asked to fix the mistake I was told that they are not corporate location !!! And u have to deal with service over the phone try to fix it !!! I wish we never come in to this branch !!! I am currently on the phone with Verizon customer care and die to the fact that there is no notes in the account it doesn’t look like they will fix it for us !!! I am so frustrated !!!

Avoid the store at all cost they are independent contractors and they will lie to you to get you to have to pay for things that you should not have to go to another Verizon store like the one in San Marco’s that is a real Verizon store and you will find that your phone is most likely still under warranty do not pay them any extra money for a phone you will be getting ripped off.

Just went into the store to get an old phone I wanted to give to my kid to play with on wifi. but after the factory reset it required activation. They could not figure it out. I then ask them to activate it to my existing number on that phone and then swap the phones back. They said sure but after the swap they could not swap the phone back… because of some bs about needing my ss number. which I had removed from their system years ago. gave them my pin but they said that did not wk. Offered them my drivers license to prove it was me but they refused to help. The tech guy had a real attude problem should be let go. Got home logged into my account and switched it back in 10 min. Got to love incompetence with an attitude. Bottom line… If you have to go to a verizon store pick any other location… avoid this one like the plague.

This place is trash… All of the EXACT accessories they sell here can be purchased on Amazon for a quarter of the price… Literally, just search them next time you’re there… They are all off brand, Chinese sweatshop made garbage. There are no live demos which is typical of Verizon retailers, but usually there are at least the newest phones working that you can play around with… Looks like the owners are extremely cheap and not willing to put money into their business presentation. Stay away from here. I have had unpleasant experiences with the make manager there… He is a cheesy stereotypical salesman transplanted from the 80’s that sounds like he’s trying to sell you a VCR entertainment system… Horrible.
