OK this place is pretty bad, biggest issue was they forgot the patty in my burger. Not the pickles, not the onion, the forgot the meat on a cheeseburger. I walked up and while the checker was helping another customer in line and saw my poor sad empty buns and nothing else, shouts back, in what I can only describe as an ‘are you serious?’ tone to a coworker, «they forgot the patty again». Now I feel bad for this cashier, it isn’t her fault, but she probably gets yelled at a few times a day due to the person that messed this up. Poor girl, she needs a raise, and I need a meat patty.

This McDonald’s needs to be cleaned the booths and floors are filthy, the drink station is well stocked. The employees are friendly and patient. When we got our order it was correct with the exception of my double quarter pounder, it was a regular qp. The employee that took our order didn’t hear the double part of the order. The décor is interestingly enough a throwback to the 50’s. Until now, I’ve never seen a McDonald’s with a jukebox. Our food was out within minutes. A good McDonald’s with the exception it needs a good double scrubdown

I like to eat my Big Mac meal when shopping at a mall, and this one, in such a pretty location after the remodeling of the whole mall, looks a little bit outdated. At least they try to do a theme, with posters of actors and musicians, from Elvis to Marylin and that music box(I am not even sure if it actually works). I think even the good intentions are there, and the guy who usually takes my orders is polite and fast, the waiting time is usually too long and the burger comes with the ingredient not well put together, too much in a rush.

Of ALL the McDonald’s I’ve been to, this one inside the North County Mall is the worst! Unbelievably poor customer service. I ordered a meal and some ice cream cones, then stood by the counter to wait. Then the next two customers behind me in line placed their order. There were two cashiers working, a male and female. As I was waiting, 4 women wearing very tight dresses walked in. The male worker immediately serviced them and gave them each an ice cream cone(with a GENEROUS serving per cone). After the 3rd cone, I said to myself loudly, «Are you serious?» Then the female worker looked at me and told me to «chill.» I had been waiting for my ice cream cone for a while at this time. Then I hear an order called out, and it was for the couple that had ordered after me. I was still waiting for my order and I still had not received my ice cream cones. A little while later, the female worker finally gave me my ice cream cones(which were all melted), and she said, «Sorry, we’re busy» in a very rude tone. Then she turned around and told another customer(in a loud manner so I could hear), «I appreciate your patience. Patience is a VIRTUE.» There are other food places in this mall with better food. Refrain from going to this McDonald’s. (I have reported this location to )

Your standard McDonald’s that serves the regular stuff. Big Macs, McChicken Sandwiches, etc. I see people complaining about the service but I didn’t have any problems at all. In fact the girl who took my order was rather cheerful and helpful so no complaints there. A 3 star is adequate for a McDonald’s. They don’t have the best food but it does hit the spot every now and then. Ask Charles Ramsey.

I’ve eaten at this McDonald’s inside North County Fair Mall, several times. Despite the long lines and slow service, it’s a cheap meal, when funds are tight. Today, however, was beyond the pale. There is a jukebox inside the restaurant, which is typically loud, but not always obnoxious. But as I sat there today, a Jimmy Buffet song came on, that I felt was so inappropriate, I got up and complained to management. What was the song… as a six year old child and his mother sat in front of the jukebox, eating their happy meal… and several other children ate theirs in other parts of the restaurant? «Why Don’t We Get Drunk And Screw.» AREYOUKIDDINGME? WHO thinks this is funny or remotely appropriate for a «family» type restaurant?! The staff looked at me like I had three eyes, when I insisted they kill the jukebox IMMEDIATELY. It wasn’t turned off. Another selection was simply chosen and the thing played on. Fine. Except that they probably didn’t remove the offending music from the machine, after I left. They just treated me like some screwball customer. «We don’t hear the music. We’re busy working,» said they. Well…“I” heard it. And so did at least 5 other customers… some of them with young children! Now, I’m certainly not a prude… and I love Jimmy Buffet. But come ON! Who remotely thinks that’s appropriate? This was the final straw for me. I don’t think I can get«drunk» enough to want to get«screwed» again by this McDonald’s poor customer service, with a return visit! I hope corporate pulls their franchise.

Customer service here is just as bad as the quality of food produced. Slovenly management, rude employees and the food is very greasy, cold and just poorly put together. I know it’s only McDonald and the cheapest place to eat at the mall but its apparent they take no pride in their job. Basically you get what you pay for so long as its off the $ menu.

This little McDonald’s inside the North County mall is your average McDonald’s. I’m a little sad that they don’t serve the entire selection of McCafe drinks(smoothies, mochas, frappes) but the food is pretty normal McDonald’s food. My kids sure don’t have a problem with the Mcnuggets that they devour every time. And it’s a great location because you get to take a stroll around the mall after eating all those calories.

I do take any visit I undertake to Mc Donalds with a certain«grain of salt» no pun intended… But I gotta say that this location has consistently underperformed every time. I mean come on folks. This is one of the only Mcky D’s locations I know of that actually uses both drive thru windows… and they still manage to have me waiting with 4 – 5 other cars tapping the steering wheel wondering what is going on. Unfortunately in the world of McDonalds drive thru’s the performance is pretty consistent… So when a location underperforms it is hard to not notice.

This is the McDonald’s inside the North County Fair mall. I work at this mall, and have been to this McD’s several times when I’m low on cash or forgot my lunchbox, and they ALWAYS manage a way to screw up my order. This time I’ve had enough. it really sucks having one of those rushed mornings when you forget breakfast, only have time to pick up greasy Mcdonald’s just to stop your hypoglycemia from setting in at work, only to finally get a minute to eat and find that your order is all wrong(I have religious dietary restrictions when it comes to meat so I’m not just being a crybaby). I went back and asked for a full refund and took my business to Subway.
