Hair cut was par. Not great but will work.
Frustrated because I called ahead and set appointment. Showed up and waited ½ hr for people with no appointments and other appointments made over the phone… Bad customer service.

This review is for Atalie and is long overdue. I have been going to her for almost a year for haircuts. She always does a great job, and is so friendly and professional. She has a beautiful energy about her! I have tried other hair salons, but always return to her. Yesterday she toned down some highlights that I got somewhere else. My hair looks and feels so much healthier. I should have gone to Atalie to get them done in the first place. The stylist at Ulta who originally did them used a toner that made my hair look gray! Now the shade is much warmer and I am so much happier. Thank you Atalie! You are amazing.

Wow!!! Walked in and no one greeted me or took my name. I waited about 15 minutes and still no one even acknowledged me. So i walked out. Probably the worst supercuts I have been to.

I’m a fan that they’re open til 8pm. It helps when you’ve got a busy schedule.
Special shout out to Heather who did my cut. She was super patient w/​my nitpicking.
Heads up… a normal men’s cut starts off at $ 18.

Atalie was fast and did a beautiful job on my not so easy hair with all the cowlicks. I haven’t had my hair as short as it was cut in so very long but I think it will be my new favorite style thanks to Atalie!

All things considered… it’s a supercuts. I’m not one for spending a fortune on haircuts and since I haven’t found a barber in the area yet, I lean on Supercuts.
Like most locations they are unreliable when it comes to a consistent wait time. One day I’ll come in and be helped in 5 – 10 minutes and others like today I’ll be waiting 30 – 40 minutes.
Aside from the inconsistent wait time they deliver a very consistent cookie cutter haircut each and every time so it’s what keeps me coming. When I need a cut and don’t have time to really think about it they are my go to. If you’re like me an don’t have major preferences on topics like haircuts than Supercuts is an easy and reliable place. The regular cut without a wash is $ 18. I typically don’t get a wash since I’m going home after. Oh and they finish all cuts now with a warm towel finish to get rid of al of the little hairs on your brow and neck which is pretty nice.

Can I give less than 1 star? I went in to have my sons hair cut. When I asked for a basic boys cut she said she didn’t know what I meant. Okay. I asked to have the sides tapered. Again, seemingly no comprehension. I finally just asked her to finish up. When I got to the car I realized the back was uneven and had strands that had not been cut. It was a wreck. We won’t be back!

I went in yesterday for a trim, I have long hair and love my length. Heather did exactly what I wanted. She didn’t chop anymore than what needed to be cut. Definitely going to her again next time.

Stopped in to have my toddlers hair cut in a now halk. I was lucky enough to meet roxy I swear after four kids I can say this girl rocks! Perfect hair cut every time

I came to Supercuts because all I needed was a trim and I couldn’t see paying $ 50 at a high end salon for a 5 minute procedure. The place is very nice and warm and cozy when I walked in. I said I needed a trim and I was told it would be about 5 minutes. I stood and looked at the hair cut menu and saw that for $ 23 I could get a shampoo, trim and blow dry. When the girl called me back I told her I wanted all three. She washed my hair and gave me an excellent cut. She went to grab the blow dryer and stated the blow dry would be an additional $ 38. I asked why it says its only $ 23 on the menu. She stated a number of things from, the Price is wrong to your hair is to long. I told her I no longer wanted the blow dry if it was going to be $ 38.
My hair cut still looks awesome but I did not appreciate having the «bait and switch» pulled on me.
Unfortunately, I will not return after that one.

I started coming here after the Fantastic Sams near my house closed. I come here because Supercuts sends out coupons in the mail. The people are nice, and I’ve had good luck here so far. Plus, it’s in a new building so everything is nice :)
After coming here for almost a year, I can say that I’m very happy with this location. The girl who cuts my hair is great about asking questions and I always walk out feeling good about my haircut.
