1st time here at the subway on auto parkway. Pretty clean for a subway. Typical setup bottled drinks in a refridge, fountain soda machine and a chip rack. Food taste just like every other subway i have ever eaten at. Not to discount them. I eat subway about once a week. This one is just what you would expect.

I didn’t used to like to come here as it was unfriendly, but the old manager is gone and the new one rocks. Real friendly and pleasant. Seems to carry over to the other employees as well. sandwiches are great and the broccoli cheese soup is a fav of mine.

literally worst subway EVER! I got the soup and sandwich combo a couple of weeks ago and they only gave me a quarter of a cup of soup! I called right then asking to speak with a manager and the guy that picked up the phone said that there wasn’t one available. He sounded so unprofessional and like he had no idea what was going on in the store. He took down my message and didn’t even bother to ask for my name and phone number. I had to tell him to ask! Still 2 weeks after have I received a call back? NOPE. Do I think he even gave it to the manager? NOPE. Worst service ever!

Pretty sure no one that works here cares about their job. I know it’s subway and all that but every time I’ve gone in(which is often since I now work in the strip mall) there’s one girl who looks pissed off that I ask for a sandwich every time I go in and one guy was either incredibly drunk or high as a kite when making my sandwich he looked really really out of it, touched his face with a glove then my sandwich. kinda gross. I’ll take the extra time and go to port of subs or somewhere else in the strip mall.

Went here on a work lunch run. Had my managers card & they’ll check ID, so keep that in mind!

The girl was really stingy with the veggies. I had to say«more» about five times on each topping because of the little amount she was putting in my sandwich. Is it just me or do the bag of chips have very little in them now?

no real language barrier here the other day but with the thick accent I had to repeatedly ask the sandwich-maker to repeat herself as she asked me about toppings. Yes, I hear just fine. I was greeted with the«Welcome to Subway» as I walked in but it was sort of mumbled and so unenthusiastic it seemed it took them great pains to do so. They really hate having to do that. Heck, I don’t care if I hear it or not(rather not) but when I’m right there talking to you at least try to pretend you don’t hate me or your job or whatever. we’ll call her«E» — seemed so put out to be there making sandwiches — no smile or eye contact all all. oh, the sandwich — it was okay — have had much better there in the past

The enthusiasm of the chorus of «WELCOMETOSUBWAY!» can be a bit disarming when you walk through the door, but it is a minor thing to endure in the quest to get a tasty sandwich. This location can get pretty busy during the regular workday lunch hour, but it is staffed enough to deal with the crowd. That makes me happy because I have been to Subways where this was not the case. If you don’t know the menu or have not heard the jingle«Five Dollar Footlooooooooooong!» by now, then get yourself educated through the Internet. The ingredients are of the standard freshness and deliciousness you get from all other Subways in this great nation of ours. Customer service is fine. I have never had a problem with my order being incorrect either. I have not encountered a language barrier. All in all, a decent experience.

Wanted a meatball sub to go and I was eyed head to toe, they were probably sizing me up or something. Then finally asked me what I wanted. No kindness or anything and speaking in spanish and laughing among themselves. Not sure why, but it makes me so uncomfortable when someone else talks in a different language and I don’t understand them. Got my sandwich for $ 5 for a foot long sandwich when I only wanted a regular 6″ inch one. Oh well, more for later.

usually whenever i have walked into a Subway, I immediately hear, «Welcome to Subway». Today i immediately heard, amongst the spanglish, «what do you want?» nice So my daughter and i ordered and the sandwhich«experts» quickly and I mean soooo damn quickly threw together our sandwhich and salad and then informed me they had no salad dressing. Are you serious? One would think you couldn’t f-up a Subway sandwhich or salad but they did. We will NOT be back to this location. In addition, there were 4 – 5 employees making sandwhiches while several customers had to yank them away to clean off dirty tables, seats, and overflowing trash containers.
