I understand that they might be short staffed
But it’s been several times different ocassions and the service is the same morning or afternoon they take forever on your order, they hesitate to give u and food condiments such as ranch, ect…

Horrible service, forgot part of our order for a to go order, and even mixed out order with the guy in front of us. Not to mention the computers were down when we walked in and it took over 5 minutes to process my payment. Never going back!

I know many people have very high expectations for fast food. Not me. But me and my wife have been coming here lately for their breakfast biscuits. We havent been in a Carls jr in about 5 years more because we are not fast food kind of people. All I got to say last week Cindy a cashier was very nice. And help full. This week we so happened to walk in as she was starting her shift. Cindy opened the door for use and welcomed us in. As a local business owner these are the type of employees that keep customers coming back. Thank you Cindy. For these reasons I give this location a 5 star.

No milkshakes. How hard is it to make a milkshake late at night, really? Went thru the drive thru because I was craving a milkshake and was turned down. So I drove accepts the street to In & Out!

Guess I got lucky. Decent food. GREAT service. I really was surprised at how courteous the person at the register was. She must be new compared to the other reviews.

I am sick not due to ordering their food which will never happen ever!
In driving by this location I noticed their American flag wasn’t at ½ mass for the recent shootings. I called and spoke to a women manager at 4:20pm asking her to fix this to show support of the lives lost. She hing up on me… It sickens me to see how such people so zero understanding zero support and not one once of care!!!
I personally ban this location and possibly this whole chain due to this!!!

We were the only people that Stood in line for 10 minutes, all the staff that was behind the counter just stared at us with huge eyes and didn’t even attempt to take our order and kept shrugging us off. So unprofessional. Don’t waste your time here.

THE WORST CARL’S JR. I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! I wouldn’t even give it 1 star. The staff is RUDE and their food isn’t all that great. I’ve been there multiple times, and have always received rude service, but nothing to get crazy about.
Until the other day. EVEN THE MANAGEMENT SUCKS. Not only did they get my order wrong, forget to give me a few items & then tell me that they already gave it to me, and take forever to bring me my food, they were RUDE & accusing me of lying that I had already received my order. I called corporate and filed a complaint. Even the «supervisor» was rude, no apologies or anything.
I went there the next day to get a few cookies, and it’s the same supervisor. They gave me my cookies, and when I got home, I go to take a bite of my cookie and they’re frozen solid. I went back and asked the lady to feel the cookies, she automatically turned around and said to the other employees to give me my refund. Not an apology or anything, just a rude glare and the employees talking among themselves about me. Another supervisor or manager or whatever came to the window to give me my refund, and didn’t say anything at all. I called corporate twice on this place, they need to learn to hire decent employees.

Grrrr… asked for a shake w no whipped cream. Got whipped cream. Asked (and paid) for crinkle cut fries. Got regular fries. oh. And they’re cold.
I hate this place.

If I could give zero stars, believe me I would! Came in the DT this afternoon for 2 famous stars — one plain only cheese… Carmen had difficulty understanding my modification… so she tells me to come to the window. sure, okay. So I get to the window, and I had to tell her again 3 more times. I finally just told her in Spanish. Wow, she finally got it!!! My other sandwich was custom as well– but she didn’t bother to stop for 2 seconds and listen to me. She comes back with a bag and I told her I wasn’t finished with my order. She huffs and puffs and rolls her eyes at me… I told her no tomatoes and extra pickles on the second sandwich. She stomps back and I’m sure the just plucked the tomatoes off and added a pickle or two. I also ordered an order of stuffed jalapeños. So she then tells me to park upfront. I waited for 10 minutes and finally went inside. No apology for the wait or the way I was treated. Will never eat at ANY Carl’s Jr ever again.

Came in on my lunch ordered the el Diablo burger, instead they gave me a protein burger. Okay not a problem I’ll just let them know… It took a while and finally they took the wrong burger back and brought out another. I open the box and its the same burger they just added the jalapenos… I knew it was the same one because the paper was all soggy from the lettuce. And they still didn’t give me what I had ordered… -.-

Don’t trust the cashiers or management here. I just was ripped off at the drive thru… I tried demanding the proper change ($ 10), but the cashier argued I’d given her less than I stated. Plus, she did not give me a receipt. I called when I got home & asked for the manager. She took the side of the cashier and hung up on me. I won’t be going there again.

Haven’t been to a Carl’s Jr in many years and remembered it as being good; however this was not at all! Plus they got my order wrong and then I parked, had been though the drive through, and when I went inside to get my order fix they were rude! Never going to Carl’s Jr again!

So my girlfriend and I go into Carl’s Jr. and we eat our food use the restroom and I had been sick already this week so I was kind of nauseous so we stayed in for a minute we were in the bathroom for maybe about 5 to 10 minutes well we walk out and mind you, my girlfriend and I are lesbians and she dresses kind of like a boy so one of the worker assumed she was a boy and she was in the bathroom with me and there happened to be two police officers in the restaurant enjoying their meal so she disrupts them and lets them know that there’s a boy in the bathroom without even checking and so when we walk out of the restroom I’m just starting to feel a tiny bit better after doing my thing and he comes up to us and her and he asks us what we were doing in the restroom we look at him kind of baffled not understanding whats happening and we just answered, «we were using the restroom she had to throw up» as soon as he looks at her and here’s her voice he realizes that shes a woman and walked away and said oh never mind sorry and she looks at me not understanding that he realized she was a woman she tells me again «by the way there are two separate bathrooms for men and women» and she just said it completely rudely and I looked at her and said «she is a woman and your extremely rude» so if you’re gay and you want to have a nice meal I would not recommend going to this restaurant not only was the food bad and it took forever to get but the service there is absolutely unbelievably bad and I would feel so sorry for any other gay couple that gets disrupted and disturbed by these people. they don’t deserve to be working here.

I was helping a family that had (allegedly) just lost their home by buying them some food from this location. The little girl said she was hungry so I thought buying them food would be a good thing.
When I got their food, and tried to find them, they took off no where to be found.
So naturally, I try to return the food because I wasn’t going to eat that food. The shift lead, Yaneri (I believe her name was) was very nice and helpful. Her manager was completely and utterly RUDE and insensitive to my situation.
The manager GUILT TRIPPED ME about returning an order by saying «It’s not out fault, it’s not our fault» and I kept saying «I am not saying it was your fault, just one person to another, I was trying to do something nice for these people and they bailed on me.» Then she says, «Now we are going to have to throw this away, that’s $ 18 worth of food!» While shaking her head.
LOOK! I realize that it’s 18 $ worth of food!!! That’s WHY I am returning 18 $ worth of food that I’m NOT GOING TO EAT!!! It doesn’t come directly from your pocket!!! You have a lot of audacity for making me feel like an IDIOT CHILD for trying to help a family out, because deep down, I felt bad for these people and I believed that they were hungry, and I have hang ups on giving people cash for obvious reasons (drugs/​alcohol).
So I admit, I am at fault for having a soft spot and wanting to believe people’s stories, especially at a time where multiple people have been displaced from the fires.
The manager guilt tripping me about wasting food and shaking her head like I was the pain in her ass was just UNBELIEVABLE!!!
She said «We can only do it this one time». Well believe me sweetie, this is the last time I’ll be coming to this unfriendly establishment.
Give Yaneri a raise, she knows how to treat customers with respect; even if she secretly disagreed with my disposition, she made me feel like she felt for me. Which is what good customer service SHOULD BE!!!
DON’T MAKE CUSTOMERS FEEL BAD FOR TRYING TO DO SOMETHING NICE!!!

Just tried their new fish sandwich on cod, it was awesome. Best way to experience the new sandwich is to ask them to put it on their fresh baked buns, also if you’re from So Cal you must get guacamole for just an additional 50¢, I think that’s the law down here, lol. Here’s a tip: you can add bacon, again they have bacon!
Carl’s Jr is the only fast food place that serves fried zucchini that I know of. They are always amazing!
Good clean dining area, nice and friendly staff.

Food was ok, service was «short» & kinda rude. Last resort stop, needed to eat… Woulda much rather gone to Del Taco or In & Out (both closed) — maybe shoulda «suffered» until the next place open… If you want extra lettuce, be prepared to pay extra… Maybe they should charge more for a smile instead

Hubby and I ate breakfast here today. The food took forever but when it came it was ok. Then about ½ hour later we both got sick. I’ve had a horrible tummy ache all day. Never again will we go there.

What I like about Carl’s Jr. is that I can get any sandwich as a lettuce wrap (low carb style), a real plus for a celiac. As far as franchised fast food goes, I think CJ’s is very good. Yeah, I can get a «protein style» burger at In and Out, but not a Guacamole Bacon Burger or Grilled Chicken Teriaki with sweet potato fries or chicken rolled tacos or a grilled fish taco. So there, I like CJ’s.
