Starbucks

Been to this location many times before and never thought of checking in or even leaving a review…
First off, it’s conveniently located right out of the Nordstroms and just below the food court.
The lines are never long and their service is excellent!
A great spot to grab a bite or even smooch off their Wifi if you’re not on an unlimited plan.
I always see freeloaders sitting and using their wifi and don’t even have the courtesy to buy a drink… I’m just saying.
There are a few outside tables that are literally outside the store but are really inside as the mall is indoor.
The tables and countertops are always clean and clear of trash.
What else can you ask for from a Starbucks?!
Maybe a drive thru lol…
Remember to leave a tip especially during the holidays!

One of the most unwelcoming experiences I have ever had at a Starbucks before. Being a Starbucks partner as well as a longtime customer, I did not receive the customer service that is expected from this company. First of all, waiting in line I was bumped by one of the workers who did not offer an apology nor look at me to acknowledge my presence. Secondly, the woman at the register was unfriendly and seemed like she hated her job. When we told them we had partner numbers the guy practically rolled his eyes! Very disappointed

Came in to this location with no line and probably 3 people waiting at the bar. Received the worst service!!! The lady at the register writing cups was very unwelcoming and the young man ringing the transactions was extremely hostile! I wasn’t even told what my total was! When I told them I had partner numbers (numbers to get discounts at different locations) he just started at me as if it was a hassle.
Statbucks is an amazing corporation but this location does not show it. Extremely disappointed.

I hate to be the negative nancy but I’m tired of seeing no sense of urgency from the employees at this location. Even without a line I’ve waited 5 – 10 minutes for them to pour black coffee into a cup; nothing added and nothing fancy. With my visit today (as well as most other visits) only 1 of the 5 employees behind the counter smiled and greeted me kindly. It has never felt like a friendly place to visit.

This place got my order right. 4 stars for that. However, the wait time was crazy long. If they know that they are continuously going to be that busy (and I’ve never seen them not busy!), why not schedule one more person to speed up the line? Also, this is more like a «walk thru» Starbucks. Two or so tables outside the venue to sit down but nothing inside like a normal Starbucks.

This is my regular location due to working in the mall. Everyone is great even though it is an extremely busy store. At times it is very busy and may take extra time to get drinks. Lucas is extremely rude & rushed. He needs to work on his customer service and take the time to answer questions about coffee no matter how simple they may be. I’d rather drink coffee elsewhere I’d he’s serving it up.

Had an awesome experience as always. The people that work at this location are awesome. I wanted something custim made and they did it for me. Everything I ordered was on point. If I am ever at the mall again I will come in again.

Don’t go here if you’re in a hurry because they’re the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever visited BUT due to it being so close to work… I know to set aside an extra 15 minutes

I visited here while doing a little Christmas shopping. The line was out the door, which is typical of most Starbucks. People gotta have their fix!
I was surprised how fast the line moved since there were only two baristas working at that time. I ordered my usual, green tea with no water and raspberry instead of classic, slow roasted ham and swiss and three vanilla bean scones. The food was yummy, as usual, and service was friendly and quick.
I appreciate how crazy this store must get, not only located in the mall, but with the holidays coming up. You guys are awesome! Keep up the good work!

Very bad same on Starbucks there machine is broke can’t make any coffee on top to go to counter took 15min & then girl on counter said we can’t make any coffee because can’t steam the milk at least they could have one person stand on door & tell people so people don’t waist time

Came around 5 – 6 p.m. with my cousin and literally waited about half an hour for our drinks. The people before and after us were dreading as well wondering what was taking so long.

I work in the mall, and go here 4 – 6 days out of the week. Brenda, Katie, and Gina know my order and are literally the sweetest ladies! The whole staff is a familiar face, and are kind and inviting. Occasionally I’ll have to wait 2 whole minutes instead of 1 for my breakfast sandwich and they always give me a free drink coupon. Quick serving, great customer service, always stocked for the most part. It’s a staple part of my day. Even with a long line I think the longest I’ve waited for my order (which usually consists of 3 – 5 things) was about 3 mins.
I prefer Starbucks over the one in Target by far.
Also, I was reading some reviews that say they don’t accept gift cards but they do. And Gold cards. And Starbucks card apps… just a side note. :)

This is a cute little location, one floor below the food court. Its absolutely tiny; the space from the door to the counter is only a few steps. You order your coffee and elbow your way to the waiting area. If you are really brave you can checkout some ofthe merchandies along the walls, to go mugs and bottles, hipster cds, the works.
Service is pretty fast when its not über busy, my chait tea took all of ten seconds to make it to the counter after I paid. As my picture showed the barista only missed my name by one letter!
There isnt really seating here, just three or four tables right outside the store. I kind of expect that though; its the mall you dont sit down to drink your coffee (tea in my case,) you take it to go and paruse the stores. And possibly have the associates at Forever 21 chase you out for bringing it in thier obviously expensive irreplacable merchandise (insert eyeroll here.)
I recomend coming here for your caffine fix if your in the mall, more so than the target location. This one seems to get the drinks to taste better. For some reason the one over in Target always tastes like theye watered it down.

The place is always fast and they usually get my order done in five minutes or less. The Girls are polite and make the day a little better

Conveniently located in the mall I work in. Love stopping by here for my favorite coffee. I keep it pretty plain and simple, dark roast, no room or sweetener. Be advised that the line can be quite intimidating sometimes here (out the door quite often) since the store is smaller than a normal Starbucks. Even when the line is long though they usually keep it moving pretty fast, especially if you aren’t ordering something fancy, I wouldn’t be too concerned about the wait. The staff at this location is really friendly, as expected.
They do offer snacks, bottles beverages, and bakery goods just as any other Starbucks which is nice. They also have a restroom it’s just hidden in the back a little.
Only reason I give 4-​stars is because of the fact you do have to wait a while sometimes but that’s not really the stores fault, more so the mall crowd’s. ;)

Small little mall Starbucks. Unlike many mall/​kiosk Starbucks, this one does take Starbucks gift cards. It’s very small. No indoor seating and only 3 or 4 tables directly outside their glass walls. But it’s cute and fast. When you need a break from shopping it’s nice to sit down and people watch over a zebra hot chocolate.

Great place! Always packed!

Great customer service, and fast! Small space inside, but I was coming just for a drink and lunch pack to enjoy while the kids were at the indoor play area.

All of which were served up with a smile in a timely manner!

The starbucks here is pretty helpfui. I don’t come here too often but I’ve noticed that the service is pretty good. With so many drinks to choose from, they’re very patient with everyone that comes in.
Come on in if you need your caffeine fix.
