Dave redid the deck over my garage and was instrumental in helping me get Trex to replace my deck boards. He and his team were punctual, efficient and did what they said they would do. My deck looks awesome now. Highly recommend Dave and his company. Thanks Dave!

Great experience with this company, they remodeled our 1,100 sq ft deck with a combination of stonework and trex. Good price, great communication, on the job site everyday and completed on time and as promised.

We had SDCC remodel our master bath, unfortunately we didn’t have the same experience that the other customer had. They began our remodel in May and it is still not completed. What is that saying about the details? We have called numerous times to get it completed but now they just ignore our calls. We have been left with a bathtub with no working faucet, a leaking shower, and unfinished doors. I could go on but be forewarned that no matter what they say in the end, don’t give them the final payment until you are completely satisfied. It looks like we will have to have a new contractor come in and finish the tub fixtures, we are going to remodel another bath but obviously won’t be using this company again. Most disappointed in the lack of professionalism, they made a mistake and won’t come back and fix it.

Whether you are looking for a remodel or add on to your house, look no
further than SDCC. They were a pleasure to work with. Dave was involved
in the project every step of the way and we were kept abreast of every detail. We
had to go through multiple changes in the plans due to permits and other
complications and SDCC was there to help and accommodate every change.
Both Dave and Phil are professionals who will ensure your project is
done on time and budget.
