Being DIYers, with multiple ongoing projects, we are at Lowe’s frequently. The staff are friendly, helpful and place is always tidy. Usually they have good stock on things we are looking for. Though they recently didn’t have any precut ½″ tubing we needed for humidifier unit that is attached to the furnace. Had to wait for an available associate to cut a length. Two were busy with other customers (everyone was hanging out in the plumbing department apparently) but someone from appliances happened to come by and was able to assist.
We bought our fridge there a couple years ago when they had a half price sale. Nice deal. Delivery and installation service was good, and they carted away the malfunctioning old (all of 10 years!) one away for free to be recycled.

I find great consistency with each visit. The store is clean and inviting. I also feel confident for the most part with the training given as most associates seem quite knowledgeable when answering my questions.

The staff at this location were willing to help and always there for assistance as needed. Lowes doesn’t have what you need in pieces, like a supply house or home depot would. they sell things in whole packages. Instead of getting the plumbing part you need, you need to buy a whole kit, which kind of defeats the purpose of DIYism. We always have better luck at home depot for single parts and for overall selection.
I’m not knocking Lowe’s, I’m sure its good for whole projects, just not for minimal piece by piece fixes, at least in the plumbing section.

This location is typical of most Lowes with ample selections of home improvement and gardening supplies. It is conveniently located just of Route 101 in Epping, an easy stop if you use this route for commuting. Occasionaly there will be a traffic logjam coming of the highway during peak hours but most of the time it is clear right to the store. I prefer Home Depot to Lowes but if asked cannot provide a good reason for doing do.
