First time calling to make appointment for my daughter. The secretary was rude and snippy from the get go. I was really taken a back by the tone I received. Due to their limited openings and our schedule with graduations and vacation, I thanked her for her time and said I would check our schedules and call back, she gave me a snotty and dismissive goodbye as she hung up on me. Sorry won’t be calling back! If you treat people like that before they even walk in the door, I don’t want any part of it!
