Go there few times a month for lunch and have been there numerous times for dinner. Their pizza has always been on point, fresh and tasty. I’ve never gotten anything but pizza so I cant speak to that, also the beer list seems good and their lunch specials are great. We will be back, we enjoy it.

Ordered $ 70 worth of food as takeout on Saturday, April 30th. Upon getting the food home found a burnt chicken parm dinner and no dressing for any of the three salads we ordered. The Chicken Parm was black and completely inedible. How this was allowed to be given to a customer is beyond me. This is the 4th time that something was forgotten or burnt from Parrys. I contacted them and sent a picture of the Chicken Parm that night and 5 days later no response. Last time I had an issue, Iwas called by the manager who apologized for a Pizza that was given to me that was obviously a day old. It was burnt, over cooked and hard as a rock. When I drove it back to the store even the waitress could not believe what was given to me. The manager promised me a couple coupons and asked for my address to send them to me. Two years later I am still waiting for those coupons. This business can care less about their customers. It is too bad as when the food is cooked properly it is actually quite good. Parry’s, your lack of communication makes it quite clear you do not care about your customers or your business. I cannot recommend Parry’s to anyone and will be sure to let everyone know not patronize your business.

Parry’s is awesome. Super glad we gave this place a try. Pizza is top notch — highly recommend the cheeseburger pizza. Food is consistently delicious and Claudia is a super star — always friendly and smiling while she zips around providing excellent service.

Don’t understand why this place is 4 stars. The service was friendly but that’s it. Friendliness does not make up for slow service and food that is not good. Waited over 30 minutes for our meals. Pasta was over cooked and chicken parm was grisly and hard to chew. Ingredients were not quality. Kids meal pizza was a small slice that was not enough to feed a hungry 6 yr old. I was also told I can sub my salad for garlic bread. But when I checked my receipt, they charged me $ 1.25 for a tiny piece of bread. Also, the laminated menu had old prices and paper menu had new prices. They charged the new price even though we were clearly looking at the laminated menu in front of the order taker. $ 9.99 vs $ 13.99 for baked ziti is a big increase. Chicken parm had a $ 3 price increase. Why not just remove all the laminated menus to avoid confusion? Or is this a way to trick customers who don’t check their receipts just to make a few extra bucks? When I brought it to the attention of the cashier, she graciously voided the original transaction and charged my credit card again for the lower price. But the charge was the exact same amount! See, friendly service does not make up for ineffectiveness. I did not even try to point that out to her. Will never be back.

My boyfriend and I were in for pizza and beer last night, and we wanted to compliment Claudia on her great customer service. She was very busy and was working very hard but she was all smiles and took very good care of us.

Best New York style pizza close to Parker(it’s not really in Parker, but worth driving an extra five minutes west). I used to go to Coloradough routinely but when they’re busy they just stop answering the phones! Tried Parry’s on a tip from someone whose wife grew up in New York and they didn’t disappoint. I’ve also eaten at their restaurant in Greenwood Village and the quality seems to be consistent across their different locations. I haven’t dined in here so I can’t report on the service, but the takeout is great.

Fantastic place for pizza and wings. I went here with a group of 8 on a Wednesday night. The place was a little busy, but they only had one girl working the front and one maybe two cooks in the back. Our waitress did fantastically for how busy it got throughout the night and for how she was the only one there. We got two pizzas, one with jalapeño, pepperoni, and cream cheese and one with jalapeño, banana peppers, and pepperoni, both of were delicious. We all got at least ten hot wings, fried pickles, some boneless wings«liberty wings», and Parmesan bites. Everything was hot and fresh. I’m sure I’ll be back one day and l really recommend this place if you’re craving wings and pizza.

Health department cultured e-coli from the pizza. Owner called to chastise me. Advised an absentee owner has not idea what his employees are doing. Used to order a pizza weekly, have not ordered from there in a year.

Perry’s pizza is the best pizza around. The lunch special is great and I’ve never had any issues with customer service.

We have been avid Parry’s fan since moving here a year ago! Always recommending them to new comers in our neighborhood, had them to deliver to our neighborhood pool numerous times over the summer… NO more! We had been bragging to our out of town guest about Parry’s all week, we go in tonight, sit down and simply ask the staff if we could watch the college football game(on the tv directly in front of us) versus the tv clear across the restaurant! The cooks and manager were watching an auto auction and refused to change the station! What happened to the customer comes first? In addition a few weeks ago we had wings delivered! The wings were without sauce! We called and the manager argued with my husband for 15 minutes about how the sauce soaks into the wings! We had decided to go back after that to give them another try! Once again, we experienced the same scenario, that customers just don’t matter! So so sad! Customers come first! A car auction on a college football night Boo!

Premise: the only experience I’ve had with Parry’s is when work decides to have a Lunch and Learn, BUT! I’ve had Parry’s multiple times at work so I can only speak about the pizza… Today, was the first time they’ve ordered the Empire Eggplant Parm and it is straight FIRE(as in «really dang good» for your folks not hip with the slang). It’s like a regular eggplant parm but in PIZZAFORM. Can it get much better than that? For those that are weird about eggplant texture, you don’t get much of that, just the eggplant parm-y goodness. Their Madison Ave(white pizza) is a great alternative, and their cheese is just classic. I’m definitely a fan of the pizza and the Empire will have me coming back(outside of work).

I’ve only been there once, but had a really good experience. The pseudo-New-York-style pizza is delicious(with crispy, thicker-than-thin crust) and really stretchy cheese. The manager(I assume?) was really attentive to customers and made sure I had a good first experience. But the standout was their fried desert called«Fuhgidabowdit Fried Dough». They were great!

Walked in today and took a bit to look over the menu. Cashier didn’t act like she really wanted to interact with customers today. Made me uncomfortable. Hawaiian and Supreme were the only things available by the slice at lunch time. I asked if there was anything else by the slice and she said no. Maybe there was more coming, maybe not. I’ll never know because I decided to walk out and go to Rudi’s next door. Much better experience. Been to Parry’s a few times over the years and have generally liked it. Not the best experience today.

I used to live in the apartment complex directly adjacent to Parry’s and I never tried it, perhaps it was the negative word of mouth I kept hearing. The other day I found a $ 8 off coupon that was about to expire so I thought I’d give it a shot. Not great, people. The lunch special is two slices and a drink for $ 5 so that’s good, but when you walk in and see the pre-made pies all haphazardly stacked on top of each other like dishes in a sink — you couldn’t even see what was available — you start to grimace a little. I had the special with one cheese and one hot Italian sausage and it was exactly like eating microwaved pizza from the night before. I also ordered their donut bites($ 5) which were decent. They give you a lot for the price point, too much for one person. This is not NY style pizza. It’s a hybrid between NY style and Dominos. The slices were only 8″ long, not the 18″ NY style is supposed to be — you don’t even need to fold it. The sauce is bland and the cheese was old, cold and re-heated. Needed a lot of parmesan and hot chili flakes. The atmosphere is kitschy and cheesy NY — all over-the-top memorabilia about the Yankees(automatic star deduction), the empire state building, the NY subway, etc. Look elsewhere my friends.

Great lunch specials from 11a — 2p! The Bernie — 2 slices of pizza and a soda for $ 4.99 The New Yorker — a slice of pizza, a salad, and a soda for $ 6.49 The Beernie — 2 slices of pizza and a beer for $ 6.99 Working across the street I can say often times I have to grab my lunch in a hurry. While they can sure get busy during the lunch rush, they are definitely quick! They entire restaurant is decorated with different iconic New York images. From Syracuse University to subway seats and handle grips. The staff is friendly especially after you’ve come in a couple of times. They do also have various fried vegetables they offer. I’ve had the fried green beans. They are so awesome! One of these days I will make it to Parry’s for something other than lunch… One of these days.
