Both Hubs and I have driven past this area numerous times. But somehow, we did not get the chance to go here. Hence on Wednesday December 2nd2015, after Lunch my friend and I head over here to get some shopping done. I managed to purchase something, though I wish they have other«design» that I have been looking for. Anyways it was ok. The cashier who handled my transaction was accommodating and I don’t mind returning to this store when needed. My friend also managed to get some items related to Christmas or something. I miss those times when I shop at KMART. My first introduction to KMART was in the 1990s growing up… I so wish they have those items I love purchasing, but as times goes by, people change, things change. and the«niche» to shop in this kind of store no longer exists… *SIGH* Somehow this KMART is «connected» with Sears Outlet

They have fixed the leaking roof at this location. And the last time I visited the store was a better stocked than earlier visits. K-Mart is still has a long way to go to catch up with other stores, but it’s not quite as dreary as it used to be.

Hell yeah Kmart. Even if the customers are ghetto as hell the prices are right. Never anyone there so it’s nice to dodge the people of Walmart whenever I can

The sorry excuse for a department store pretty much took all my Xmas spending money. Robin is a TERRIBLE supervisor!!! Their machines are ghetto 1980’s and their roofs are in need of major repairs. This place took $ out of my pre-paid card, and then had to re-ring all my merchandise leaving me with a $ 0 balance… Now I have all the $$ I had left for Xmas hanging out in limbo as a pending transaction, and my Xmas shopping is over because I’m flat broke. Merry fucking Christmas kmart!!! –Daviana’s mom

I don’t usually review huge chain stores, but I come here often and I thought they deserve one. If somone wanted me to choose between Walmart and Kmart, I would always go with Kmart. This location is just down the street from my house. From toilet paper to clearance items, I am in here grabbing something about once a week. We also use the pharmacy here regularly. This Kmart is clean and organized, which I really appreciate. The customer service here is really good. All of the staff smiles and asks of they can help you find anything. When it comes to returns, there is no hassle. They are polite and friendly which is what keeps me coming back. As well as their super low prices! The pharmacy can be a little slow with readying prescriptions and verifying insurance, so keep that in mind if you end up using them. All in all, I will continue shopping here.

This is the worst store. I live very close, so end up going there occasionally to just pick up one thing. Invariably the staff are rude. Today, the lady behind the front desk was making snarky comments about the customers loudly and in front of the very customers she was insulting. Last time I was there I literally had to force the issue to get someone to help me. The first lady just said she couldn’t and the second acted like it was a huge imposition. In addition, every time you go there it is an interrogation. Do you want to give us your email address. Do you want to donate to a cause. Do you have a rewards card. Do you want a warranty? On a $ 15 Crockpot? I don’t think so! Then when you’re done with the quiz they print out 4 – 5 coupons in addition to your receipt which ends up being about a foot and a half of paper. From now on I will take the extra time to go to another box store. It will be better for my peace of mind and the environment.

Came in here to look for a filtered water bottle as we were passing this place… First so all couldn’t find anyone to assist me and when I finally did there were 2 ladies talking and looking at their nails. They pointed me to the filtered bottle water system. Found a few more things to buy, and when hubby looked up the Brita system on his phone found it was cheaper at both Target and WalMart. Found 1 of the ladies that helped us earlier if they price match… She asked the manager who was walking by and without stopping she just said no and kept walking. Put all my stuff down and left. If you are looking to shop in a place with little to no customers, along with their little customer service and higher prices than their competitors then this is the place for you. Now I see why K Mart stores aren’t doing well!

Even though I go to Target on average three to four times a week, I’m a K-Mart girl to the core. It’s like a step above Wal-Mart but with less people shopping there because theyre barely any open still. So imagine my surprise while heading east on Belleview this weekend! I ripped through a lane of traffic once I saw the big, red K and cut in the angels singing. Ok not really, this place is interesting. Screw people of Wal-Mart, we need people of K-Marrt stat! There were sketch ball people shopping here(hmmmm, so does that mean I’m sketchball? Reflections on that later) and I had to try my hardest not to stare, roll my eyes or hold my nose because yeah, the customer base there is funky. But I will take funky in exchange for low prices. I hit up their winter accessories section and was happy to see a 50% off everything sign and ended up scoring two hats, scarf and gloves for under $ 20. Unfortunately the girl ringing me up did so incorrectly and when I inspected my receipt back in my car, realized that she overcharged me by $ 6. Not knowing when I would be in a K-Mart again, I went back in and had to deal with Customer Service. Even though they were super busy with returns, lay away and other items, they were efficient, helpful and friendly. All in all, an ok location. I wouldn’t go out of my way to go here if you dont find anything special about K-Mart but for me if I’m ever in the area again, I will most definitely stop by… during the day.
