pretty good, not the best but you’ll get a good meal here. i realized earlier that i had never eaten at any of the chinese restaurants in endicott, so i looked at a few menus online. i was bummed that none of them did lunch specials on sundays, but i still decided to get food and i chose this place because it’s just around the corner from the cider mill. i tried the general tso’s combo, the bbq spare ribs, and the fried wontons. the ribs were really good. they had a good sauce on them and they were pretty meaty and not as chewy as other places. i feel like they were a dollar more than most places though, but i’d say it was worth it. the fried wontons were very good, but i’ve had better. the texture was good but the meat could have used a little more seasoning. the sweet and sour sauce that came with them was also pretty good. the general tso’s sauce here isn’t too unique, other places have very similar sauce, but it’s pretty good, not as sweet as some places. the breading on the chicken got a little soggy but overall it was still decent. the pork fried rice had plenty of pork in it and it was better than a lot of places. the eggroll had a great texture, but it could have used a little more meat in it. the place is clean and the guy who took my order and made my food was friendly. i would like to try the other chinese places in endicott to see how the compare, and this place is the standard that i’m going to hold them to. overall i’d give them a 3.5 out of 5 stars.

Great food. Big fan of their steamed dumplings and cold sesame noodles. I’ve tried about 8 different dishes here and everything has been very good with zero complaints.

Hands down the best Egg Foo Young ever! Other dishes I’ve tried have been above average for take out. Other stand outs include steamed dumplings(the only steamed dumplings my daughter will eat) and cold sesame noodles(extra spicy).
