I first reached out to Pete for IT services for many of our marketing clients who we do websites for. Several times Strata helped with IT services for our clients including: data recovery for a medical client, as well as offsite support for a manufacturing client. After speaking with 7 different IT companies to obtain computer systems for my business Pete and Keith at Strata IT, were the only company who took the time to explain to me what type of systems was necessary for my business. Not only do I ask them for help all the time, they are always available at anytime.

I am extremely happy with my experience with Pete at Strata IT. Strata flawlessly switch our email client from an old, outdated email system to a new, more reliable email client in a cost effective manner. Above and beyond that, Pete continued to work with me to make sure that everything was running smoothly. When we ran into a storage limitation issue, I contacted Pete who told me that he would look into it at no charge, and if the fix was not a complicated one, he would do it as a courtesy. And fix it as a courtesy he did! Talk about an honest, nice guy. A lot of other companies would have charged for anything they put their hands on. I highly recommend Strata IT.
