BADCUSTOMERSERVICE! BEWARE! Bob, the owner is impossible to deal with. Took my computer there because it would not power on. I had my doubts when I walked in because he was in the back watching TV. He said he «thinks» it may be the power supply — $ 70 to just check it but not until the next day. Desperate, I left it with him. He refused to give me a receipt that I left my computer with him or the amount I was being charged. Called me next day and told me a new power supply would cost $ 80 plus the $ 70 pre-charge but still was not«sure» until he installed the new part. He told me if it was not the problem and it still did not work, I still had to pay for the power supply because he already ordered it. Huh? A full 8 days later with no computer at all, I picked it up and he told me my monitor did not work either but he could sell me a used one for $ 95. No, he didn’t know how old his monitor was and could not read the model number on the back. When I asked him if he would consider a little less on the price because he did not know how old it was, he went ballistic and would not stop yelling. It was terrible. Needing to get back to work immediately, I took his«deal» and was on my way finally. He told me I had a one year warranty on my power supply and he reassured me he had put in an HP brand power supply. When I paid the bill, he tried to add $ 10 onto the bill which I caught. I immediately hooked up the computer at home and it ran at full blast constantly so next morning I unhooked everything again and took it back and asked him to check it out. He blew up, refused to look at it, was defensive, argued I was accusing him of giving me something that didn’t work, on and on, yelling — would not stop. I could not get a word in edgewise. I paid $ 150 for a $ 35 part and I felt I had a right to know it was working correctly or what is causing it to run all the time. He refused and walked away. I then asked him to give me my money back if he would not check it and he refused and said to sue him. So much for his«warranty». And the monitor — I had no problems finding the model number on the back, looked it up and it was already 6 years old. I was duped. I also found out he lied to me about installing an HP brand power supply as it was an off brand. What an absolute nightmare!
