An example of this is when I went to Prana for cranial sacral and body work and my BP was very high, he asked what supplements I had been taking. I had been taking fish oil for last few weeks (everyone thinks that fish oil is something we all should be taking it regularly, including healthcare professionals). Prana checked my pulse and stopped me from taking it; my BP went down in 4 weeks. Prana has spent his time generously educating me on what foods I should and shouldn’t eat which has made a big difference in my health, wellness, energy level, immunity and mental clarity.
