I have been a pool-​owner for over 23 years at two different homes, and I’ve been through my share of pool service operations. Rick and Neptune’s truly stand out. Rick knows what he’s talking about and does what he says he will and when he says he’ll do it. His communication is outstanding, and my pool has never looked better.
I should add that Rick is very familiar with modern pool equipment and technology. I had installed a new, fairly state-​of-​the-​art, system in 2011 that baffled Rick’s predecessor, but Rick marched right in and got it up to speed and working perfectly.
