Macbeth

Am I the only one who is getting really bad service from Macbeth​? My last 3 orders have been incomplete due to them «overselling». This would be fine if the informed me in a timely manner and not take a month to send me my items. My most recent order however took 4 business days just to «pack», after I paid for 3 days shipping. On that 4^th day, I received an email saying not all of my items are available due to being oversold, but the rest of my items will be sent out. Today I received the shoes and what do you know, they sent me the wrong pair!

Carlsbad location closed but I still order everything online. I purchased a pair of great shoes for a Christmas gift for my boyfriend last year and he loved it. Just purchased another two pairs for his birthday and they just came in today just in time. Customer service was great! When I ordered the recent pairs my address saved incorrectly and city/​zip code was completely off. I was worried they wouldn’t be delivered in time with the address mix up. I emailed customer service and received a response in 2 days. They were able to update my address with the store before it shipped. They even emailed me to follow up to make sure the package arrived.
Great company and great products that are also vegan. Defiantly a repeat customer!

I have only ordered shirts from Macbeth online but I love them. I live in San Diego, so I’ve seen the shop and it looks really cool from the outside, but I am usually on the way to the beach when driving by it. One day I will pop into the store, because they do sell quality stuff. Don’t know if Tom Delonge still owns it, but I’ve heard his new store To The Stars is right next door.

I drove across town to buy two new pair of Mac Beth shoes. It was 3:30 in the afternoon on Saturday. The door was locked, but there was a dude sitting at the register. I knocked, and the guy got up from behind the cash register, cracked the door open and told me to wait five more minutes so he could finish his lunch. He then closed the door, locked it and returned to his sandwich.
God forbid the tatted up bro let me look at shoes for five minutes– during business hours– while he finished his lunch.
I promise to never bother that store again– especially since MooShoes offers the exact same shoes at lower prices.

Macbeth has always remained an almost mysterious brand, as the only retailers were either online or at Journey’s. And as nice of a shop as Journey is, one definitely does not get the full catalog of items (usually just 7 or 8 pairs of shoes) they have to offer, and online shopping takes away the ability to see see what your buying/​trying them on.
But now these 2 spectrums have met a wonderful equilibrium, known as the Macbeth Flagship Boutique in Encinitas, California. Now don’t let the size of this shop deceive you; upon entering the shop, you are greeted with laid back, friendly associates that offer you small look around this newly founded establishment. The layout is simple and clean, with shoes on one wall, and hats and tshirts on another. Really, there is no way to complicate merchandise in this cozy little shop. And as for the merchandise itself, yes it is pricey, but you are getting very high quality clothing/​accessories, made from environmentally friendly material, such as vegan leather (my idol Thomas Delonge of blink-​182 takes care of his customers). Selection is pretty damn big considering the shop size, and the sale associate offered us free guitar picks and coffee with donuts! (black friday goody also came with some stickers) One of the main factors that makes this little store so attractive is that it lies in a very adorable part of PCH, surrounded by trendy thrift stores and beachside views.
All in all, if you find yourself in the area (HELL even for a day trip) Macbeth Flagship Boutique is a must-​go, even to just look around. Who knows, you may even run into the big man himself while shopping around!

Uhm. does it get any better?
First of all, the sales associate couldn’t be any cooler. He played rad music, was extremely well trained with the products. He told me about the variety of sizes, the organization of the store and the frequency of new/​old products.
Second of all, the stock in store is almost identical to that of the website — really, really… is this a dream come true?!
Third of all, the store is very very clean… even on black friday. And the store had sick wood flooring.
Fourth of all, there were badass polaroids of customers and who else but Thomas Delonge.
Fifth of all, the store is centrally located in a culturally rich and adorable part of town.
WHEN you make a trip down here, you surely must spend the entire day here. Then shop some more before you go (;
You really need to check this store out. They have a HUGE selection of shoes (especially considering their small space)
I really hope they expand sometime soon, it’d be a dream, but until then check this place out! They have a sick selection of clothing, and I got a free guitar pick here along with a bunch of stickers and even a patch (yay black friday)
who knows. maybe you’ll run into the world famous, Tom Delonge of Blink 182 and AVA.
