Have been going to this exact barbershop for almost ten year. My barber is Frank but all the barbers are legit and skilled. Frank is very accommodating and pleasant to converse with as I always do.

Homeboy with dreads at the front door, not friendly at all, and if you’re planning on getting a razor fade, not the place for you because they don’t use blade or electric shaver.

Caryn did my hair was a waste of money and time. I wanted a ponytail simple not for her you could see my hair through the ponytail due to it was not install right. worst hairstylist in the world. I would not recommend her for anyone .she said she do great hair false advertisement.

This place is pretty laid back, no wait, and easy parking. I’m a picky dude, because I got thinner short hair and I’ve only had 4 good barbers that truly impressed me considering price, quality, and satisfactory work. One in Germany, one in Chicago, one in San Francisco (that closed), and this place. I gave him the same standard directions I always give everyone, and I came out impressed. Yeah, the place isn’t swanky, ya it’s a bit off the beaten path, but that doesn’t matter. The man knows what he’s doing and I’m glad I gave it a shot.

I met Terry at a birthday gathering for Anna at Bank Club down on San Pablo at 40^th. We were just shooting the sh*t and I decided to follow-​up and say hi. My last barber was really cool, but maybe he was too high — cut my line like 5 times, which is kind of a fail in the world of cutting hair.
Terry is both a fantastic barber, and amazing conversationalist. Our topics have ranged from cars to compassion, from communism to entrepreneurship. I consider him a friend now, which gives me such a sense of that barbershop community.
There’s also a functional Neo-​geo cabinet in the corner with Puzzle Bobble and Metal Slug: D

Caryn does my hair i walk in looking ratchet and walk out looking brand new. I was introduced to this shop by one of my in-​laws because I wanted my hair cut with a cute style and my in-​law was like go to the shop I go to and ask for Caryn she does short styles good. Joy does her hair to help it grow and stay healthy Caryn now does mine to keep it short, healthy and beautiful I recommend everyone I come across to go get whipped up by two of the best stylist I’ve seen so far.

I’ve been going here for literally half my life. It’s cool bcus there’s a barbershop in the front and beauty salon in the back. Run by a very nice husband and wife team.

The guy with the dreadlocks, never smiled, constantly complains, and talks to his customers bad. I went to get my 2 year old grandson’s hair cut, along with my husband’s. He kept grumbling about my grandson who sat still for the most part, but he is two, he sometimes got distracted by the other kids in the shop. the barber then complained about another boy in the shop, after he threw my other one year old grandson’s toy, and marched him to his father and said «Oh no, you watch your own child!». Could have said it nicely, but didn’t. He kept mumbling things under his breath, and finally asked me «can you take him outside, his screaming is getting on my nerves! Wow, he was playing with the other little boy in the shop. He would make little squawks while laughing and playing, not screaming, and not crying. If you do not like, or want to work with children, place a sign up saying no children, or tell people when they come in. Don’t start cutting a two year olds head, and complain, if after 20 minutes of sitting perfectly still and quiet, he turns his head to look at the tv, or his brother. Please do not talk bad to your customers, and if you agree to cut a child’s hair, and allow children in your shop, then please have patience, and maybe flash a smile or give a greeting. Too bad his attitude was so bad that day, or we would have became a regular customer that day. He is good at cutting, and quick. I do not want to hurt his business, I just want him to have a better attitude with dealing with his clients, as well as other barber’s in the shop’s clients. if it wasn’t for that, I would have given 5 stars, but why should a customer have to deal with nastiness from someone we are hiring.

Joy is my stylist and has been styling my hair for years. I have long thick hair and she does magic every time. She keeps my hair health and beautiful. I tried other places but she managed my hair like no other.

There is only two things that you base at barber shop visit off. First, i got in at about 1045 and i was out before 11:30 and that’s with 1 person ahead of me.
