Worst customer service. Walked in no one to great me or informing me the latest promotion. At check out they ask me if i wanted to sign up for a points card and they said it takes a long time witch they didn’t wanna take the time to do so they drifted me in that direction. They also charged me the original price for a shirt verses the sales price. With that being said ill rather take my business to champs or footlocker.

Had to will the various staffers here into accepting a return of a clearly defective pair of sneakers, with a receipt. Despite being within a Macy’s, they insist they adhere to Finish Line policies only, despite there being a dedicated page on
with a Finish Line at Macy’s policy, which contradicts the Finish Line site… neither of which are on your receipt or mentioned when checking out. Also nice that
is absolutely useless.

Today was my first time in this store. I should’ve asked the guy for his name but a gentleman who worked in the store was very friendly and helpful. He answered all of my questions sincerely and seemed very genuine.

made the mistake to buy online from them.
Returned the shoes after 1 week of waiting for a return label. Chatted several times with them online and sent e-​mails.
This was like almost 3 weeks ago. Still waiting for my refund.

This is a small store with a good selection. My husband was looking for a Nike shocks for months. Other stores had maybe one or two models which we didn’t like.
The finish line had 7, 8 models and it was hard to choose from, we liked almost all of them!
The staff was nice, we were in and out in less than five minutes with a new pair of sneakers! Finally the search has ended!

Very small sneaker store. They carry a good portion of the most popular sneakers and a couple of other items, but nothing much compared to the bigger stores.
