My family recently had a very disagreeable experience at this store. My daughter tried to return boots, purchased on 10/​27, which fell apart. She was told no refunds, only exchanges. This policy is not stated by the register, only on the back of the receipt, which was pointed out when we tried to return the boots. She was not interested in any of the other boots. she was told that she could get the same boots, but it was a final sale. So in other words, if it happened again, that was that. Customer service was dismal. The employees were condesending, dishonest and disrespectful. DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPED OFF!!!
