Wood Products Northwest

My family and I wanted to take this opportunity to thank the Hamlin family and the staff at Wood Product Northwest for the work they did for our home. About two years ago, we had the opportunity to build a new house on the same lot that I grew up on. It was a very special project for us, and the wood work that WPNW contributed to our home was wonderful. It was clear that they took pride in their work and their staff does as well.
About two weeks ago, I received a beautiful statue as a gift from my mother-​in-​law and needed a custom pedestal built for it. When I reached out to the company through their website, I realized that this order was going to very small compared with a build out of a new home and was concerned if I was going to get very much attention. After I sent in my email, I received a response back from the Robert Hamlin, one of the owners. He clarified what I needed, making sure that I received what I needed. Kristin, the office assistant, followed up and gave me the same level of personal service I asked Kristin if she was part of the ‘family’ and she said not officially, but she was definitely an extension of them.
There is something so special about working with family businesses. The personal touches are so important and want to thank them for helping us build our home and the many memories that will be created.
