Amazing little Mexican spot. It’s a taco truck attached to a building. Great service, great prices, very authentic and delicious.

Best Mexican option in Ellensburg. Fresh ingredients and homemade recipes that rise above typical Mexican restaurants in the area.

Love it!!! Great owners! Great food! Food is great sizes and is priced just right. I like the sit down option inside.

Really disappointing– expected to get authentic tacos. Carne Asada tacos were made with really old grissly meat. Cilantro and onions were the best part. Expensive as well $ 22.00 for 6 tiny tacos.

Good quality food, service is pretty poor, and not much for ambiance of the eat-in area. Prices aren’t the best in town, but the flavor of the dishes are good and seems relatively worth the price. Would recommend if you’re craving«cheap» Mexican food but don’t want to stand in a line for the other taco trucks or have a formal sit-down.

I was driving through town and ordered the Azteca which is basically 5 open face tacos that you too yourself from the salsa bar. It was so good!!!

I dropped in for lunch during a road trip and got the carne asada for lunch. The warm house made salsa was OK and the food was decent. The portion size could have been a bit larger for the price. Fast service and a friendly staff.

This is one of my favorite places! Such great taco truck style food. The burrito bowl is my favorite! They have a very different warm salsa that is tasty. They have wonderful service, always really quick! And great prices.

Stopped here for a quick lunch on Saturday. The girl managing the place is extremely friendly and makes you feel welcome. They start you off you fresh chips and a warm delicious salsa. I got a couple of tacos; the carnitas were not bad, the asada was really awesome. Both were extremely fresh and bursting with flavor. My wife got the veggie burrito bowl which was also really nice. It looks small but really fills you up. I would definitely stop here agin to grab a bite when I’m passing through Ellensburg which is pretty often. Reasonable prices, good food and fantastic service.

An extra star for the food truck attached to the indoor dining area! What is more authentic Mexican than a food truck? My «foodie» daughter is finishing her meal and said: «I’m very happy now! If I went to Central, I’d eat here every day.» Lol. That’s a compliment. We were just passing thru and wanted to avoid fast food, so we were guided by Unilocal recommendations to this modest hole-in-the-wall. We will stop again.

Really wasn’t too impressed with this place. Small, cramped, and a little too dirty for my taste. Service is very friendly though. Ordered the massive carne asada burrito timbon(?). For the price, it was a great value. It just didn’t taste that great. The GF had some issues with her burrito and the staff was very apologetic when taking it back. They comped us our tamale too which was nice. Fidelinas may be the cream of the crop in Ellensburg, but if you’re used to Socal Mexican food it just won’t live up.

Yum! The real winner was the carnitas tacos. Cheap, delicious, good service. It will be our Ellensburg stop over for sure.

Meh… Warm salsa that had too much chili powder(?) flavor for my taste. And warm? That was a first for me. Authentic? I don’t know because we usually go to Mazatlan(a small chain) in Beaverton. so I’m not sure I could tell authentic if it slapped me in the face. My chimichanga was decent. Lots of(too many for me) fresh onions and cilantro, black beans and a flavored rice all mixed up. About ¼ cup of lettuce on the side… kind of odd actually. My husband liked his burrito alright. Gives it a C+. The waitress was sweet and did a good job but I don’t think we would go back if we’re ever in town again.

Not sure what the big deal about this place is. We had lunch there today, it was fine but not amazing. We had the muelitas and chicken sopes. The food is reasonably priced and the service is okay. One thing that is good is that they make their own fresh tortilla chips. I’d probably swing by again the next time we are passing through Ellensburg.

Both my husband and I are mexican and were excited to try this restaurant because of the good reviews but it didn’t deliver. We had carne asada and chicken sopes. They were both below average and the execution of this dishes was not good. Rice and beans were horrible. Everything tasted like it was cooked in the microwave. I wouldn’t recommend this.

I was in Ellensburg for a school satellite trip with my daughter’s school and was looking for something other than the myriad of fast food restaurants lining Main Street. Read a review on Unilocal and decided this was worth a shot. They were clearly previously a food truck as there is one attached to what looks like a small two room building. It was clean inside, crowded but no wait on a Friday night with a friendly staff. The food was great. Fresh ingredients — freshly made tortilla chips and fresh salsa, slightly warm were great. I had the Burrito Mojado with carnitas. The burrito was awesome — large, delicious carnitas and nice mild sauce covering the burrito. All for $ 8 and better than most Mexican you can get in the Seattle area. If I’m passing through Ellensburg, I’d definitely come here again.

Love taco trucks. No complaints minus a dirty bathroom door, but hey… Can’t win them all. (Or can you, with a clean washcloth?)

On our way back from Coeur d’Alene to Seattle we were all starving as we approached Ellensburg on I-90 westbound. So with a car full of millennials of course it only took us a sec to find Fidelina’s Taqueria. Great reviews on Unilocal,Dad! I’m so glad we stopped here! It’s a pretty small place yet comfortable, neat n’ clean, friendly service, not pretentious, reasonably priced with really wonderful food. A pretty good deal to me! I had chicken enchiladas and black beans which were very good and so were the chips and salsa. I love quaint little authentic places like this. It is I believe the first restaurant I’ve eaten at with a Food Truck attached to the building as kitchen. :O) I’ll be back!

Fedelina’s we ordered Mulitas stuffed with cheese onion and cilantro, and Enchiladas Jovanas. For where this place is I will give it a four star, if here drop in for a meal. Super friendly service and very good food.
