Starbucks

I really loved this location because of the drive thru until recently. I always order 3 shots of espresso over ice with white chocolate or vanilla with a little bit of half and half … But they can never seem to get it right. Yesterday, I got to the window and the Batista handed me a hot drink, so I kindly told her that I wanted that over ice. She then rolled her
Eyes and said «you never said ice. «There was an awkward silence and she just handed me the hot drink.
I got irritated and just asked for an extra cup with ice.
Today I ordered a iced coffee with two Splendas and they added caramel and milk??? When I told them it was wrong, there was no apology, just horrible attitude.

My favorite store hands down! They are quick, efficient and always get my drink right! They’re friendly and no matter how busy ans hectic it gets in there, they always smile, make time for conversation and make me feel welcome! Thanks crew!

This Starbucks is less than 5 minutes from my house. I can normally come here and get what I need with a fairly decent wait. Since it’s a holiday today I was hoping the line was short since it was early. Thankfully it was. But my drink was wrong. I asked for a skinny soy Carmel macchiato. They gave me regular milk. The drive thru girl wasn’t even apologetic. They remade my drink and its disgusting. Tastes like nothing. So much for getting some energy for the day.

I been to this location many times already and it is very decent, but the other day I went to buy some drinks and my cashier threw my change back to me. So RUDE! And again I came back the next day and I was just ordering my regular drinks and the same cashier was like «damn little kids!» under his breath at me. I was so stunned and was astonished at his rudeness. I really truly loved this place and loved the service, but this guy ruined my day. I don’t know his name but he was caucasian and had brown hair, working at the cashier. I hope this helped.

I always get an Americano and this crap she gave me was so watered down. The coffee was barely at the bottom and she filled it up with tons of water and milk. At first I didn’t think it was mine because it looked like a freaking tea, then she added the milk and I knew… I was like f**k, really? That ish is mine?!? Not coming here again.

I love this Starbucks I do. But today I had a horrible experience. I have been incredibly sick lately, decided hey I want some coffee after feeling a little better. Of course, my voice still sounding a little off. I kept trying to order and they kept saying they couldn’t hear me although, I was yelling as loud as I could. Trying to be polite. I order a spinach fold over. After a few times of repeating my order I finally pull up to the window, and I tell the lady ASHLEY working, I had a spinach wrap she really got me upset when she said «Really you couldn’t tell us that when we repeated your order» LIKE YES I TOLD YOU FOUR TIMES BEFORE COMING TO THIS WINDOW. So upset. Everyone else there does an Outstanding job. She really needs to be more polite to regular customers who come to this location every single day!

So annoying!!! I got a venti ice coffee with an add shot with light cream! When the order was up I had my ice coffee with lots of cream. It looked like a white mocha… I asked him if he could just pour some out and add coffee to it… and he did and it was still had a lot of cream. Anyhow I asked him that there’s still too much cream in it and he just basically poured most of it out and added more coffee and gave it back to me. Basically room temp. Coffee no more ice in it and my add shot? Don’t wanna come here again!

Amazingly Fast for the amount of traffic that comes through here in the morning. Customer service is well… they are trying to get all the coffee orders through so no chit chatting and that’s okay I get it =)

Please get your headphones checked and/​or hire people who can hear… Nobody likes having to Scream their order in the drive thru.

Love this location. Never have any issues and they always make me drink perfectly. You guys rock.

I will never be coming back to this Starbucks again. I just moved to elk grove a month ago and I have gotten my drink wrong 10 times! Never got a refund or recovery card. And this is coming from an ex employee of Starbucks.

Came here for a cookie warmed up. Paid but never received. When I went up to ask about it, they had completely forgotten. Who does that, you took my $ right?

NOT a fan of this location at all. I would much rather go to the one on Elk grove and Waterman (I LOVE THEM!). I went to this location today because I happened to be close to it.
So, I go through the drive through and order a «venti pumpkin spiced late with an extra shot of espresso» and the guy says «hot or iced» to which I replied «hot.» He then said something that I literally could not understand 1 word of (neither did the person in the car with me) so I just repeated my order and the guy said ok. I said, «can I also get a sausage and cheddar breakfast sandwich and that’s it» he then said something else that we couldn’t understand any of except for «window» which I am assuming was something along the lines of «that will be blah blah blah at the window» (It may have been their speaker at the drive through that was messed up because we literally could not understand what the guy was saying at all)
Then we get to the window and the chick has a venti ICED pumpkin spiced late in her hand and I was like «it’s supposed to be hot. I’m sorry, I told the guy hot though» I hand her my gold card to pay and she handed me the breakfast sandwich and I looked inside and it was something with bacon on it so I said «this isn’t right either» and she fucking rolls her eyes and says with attitude «what what your order supposed to be» so I told her and then we pulled up to the front and someone came and gave us the correct order.
Really, it would have been fine, orders get messed up sometimes, but what I really didn’t appreciate was the bitch at the window rolling her eyes and getting attitude with me when I am not the one who messed up my order. So please bitch… learn some customer service. I didn’t get her name but she was the one who was giving the orders at the drive through window at 8am on 11÷15÷15.
At this point, if I am in the area and want coffee, I would rather go to the gas station across the street and get coffee there.
** And I just looked up the breakfast sandwich menu and the one that they had handed me was a Bacon and Gouda breakfast sandwich… really? How do you get «bacon and gouda breakfast sandwich» from «sausage and cheddar breakfast sandwich» *

Came in at 6am today and just got the worst customer service ever at this location by a short asain guy working drive thru. I would call the manager regarding this situation but decided to just make a post for all to see. Hopefully, the manager or corp. better train employees getting hired before dutch bros shuts starbucks down.

C’mon Starbucks, it’s November. The least you could do is warm the banana nut bread. I gave up on your coffee a long time ago. Only stopped for some hot chocolate (it was warm not hot!) and cocoa with my daughter since it’s coldish and raining. Must you disappoint on this front too?

Fail! I was basically given a tall chai frappaCRAPacino! Clearly they’re busy, I get it but since when did that affect quality control on anyone’s beverage. I didn’t pay nearly five bucks for a mini in a tall cup. Won’t be returning to this location.

This location is one of my least favorite Starbucks in Elk Grove. On five separate occasions I have had my drink made incorrectly and have had to double back to get my drink remade. The employees are not very friendly but the inside us clean and things are usually fully stocked. Won’t be stopping here too often.

I’ve been going to this particular Starbucks ever since I moved out here to elk grove and I must say I love it. The morning workers are super friendly and energetic! They are very quick. Its also a nice quiet place in the evenings to come do homework and have mini study sessions as well. The location is also amazing. Its in a perfect location right next to a bank and it also has a drive through as well for drivers whom don’t want to leave their cars.

As Starbucks go, this isn’t a bad one. But then again, isn’t that why we patronize Starbucks? It’s the consistency that people crave.
Well, fret not, fair reader… This is a Starbucks through and through.
There’s a drive-​through here, the location is convenient, and the people who frequent this one (skewed a bit older with the occasional hipster or high school student popping in from time to time). It’s not as big as some, but there’s room for some couches, leather chairs, and some outdoor seating.
The staff is friendly and competent.
Again, consistent.
The one thing that’s a bit irritating is their wifi. I actually get better internet when I turn off the wifi on my devices and use my AT&T LTE. Their’s seems to be in a constant state of needing to be reset.

The closest Starbucks to me in Elk Grove.
The service here is fast, and some workers are definitely big hits or big misses. But then again it’s Starbucks so of course you’ll always get a multitude of different customer service. Over here, the workers are actually pretty efficient and friendly.
My usual drink nowadays is an earl gray tea latte with soy and they make it really good here. At other Starbucks I have to have it sweetened a bit more but over here I don’t need to, it’s already fragrant and sweet.
There’s a drive-​thru here but I like to go into the store instead. I love how there’s flowers set on some of the tables, it’s really cute. There are also couches here and that’s pretty cool. And there’s outdoor seating, good for sunny days here in Elk Grove.
