These guys have taken care of our pool and equipment for over a year now. They are polite, professional, knowledgeable, and approachable. I highly recommend them.

I had a 1 pm appointment today. Ray arrived early– probably about 12:51. I got here at 12:58 and he was gone. I immediately called and he said «already at next appointment» would not come back even though he had just PULLED away!!! Are you kidding. Fact:The kids at the house confirmed he had just pulled away and then I had pulled up into the driveway. I was just receiving a call from one of the kids that the pool guys were here! I said let him know I’m on the street and be there in 2 minutes. Ray could care less when I was on the phone with him. I asked if he would just come back as he must have only been less than 1 mile away. He said nope. Do not use this company. I took the afternoon off for them. This is so bad. One of the worst I have seen in years. Bad Chemtech. Wow. Just blew me away.
I couldn’t even get mad at him on the phone since I was just blown away with his lack of customer service and even caring about a customer.
When I scheduled this appointment about 10 days ago I didnt even ask for a price on his service. I felt comfortable with his site and he said reasonable stuff on the phone. I am pissed.
I do not get days off. I had to plan this afternoon off to handle a major problem on the equipment. I was going to have him attempt to fix a coupl eof problems AND then have him replace a pump and possibly replace my main filter.
This company is unbelieveable. I am writing this on Unilocal and I can’t believe what he did to me. As you can tell by my writing I am clearly upset.
