I dislike shopping at this location a lot. I’ve told myself that I won’t get there again bc of their customer service but continue to do so bc it’s so close to me. Most of the ppl there act like they hate their job. Today I purchased something that was supposed to be half off and cashier ring it up full price. Noticed after checking my receipt. Asked the cashier about it and she tried to tell me I was wrong. Told her otherwise I wanted to return it. She asked another cashier and they confirmed that I was right; lady made me wait 5 to 10 minutes for my refund bc she started ringing someone and then didn’t even apologize that she made the mistake and all she said was«okay you’re good». They need to call the manager whenever you need to make a return. Very inconvenient imo. Huge store, plenty of selection but customer service usually suck. Glad I don’t have to shop there anymore bc I’m moving.

I love Hobby Lobby. They have such a huge selection of stuff, more than some other craft stores often. I usually go to craft stores for yarn for knitting and crocheting various things but occasionally I need other things too. Prices are good too, things like fake plants I’ll never understand why they’re so expensive no matter where you go, but their prices are reasonable and they always have sales and usually a 40% off coupon as well, which helps make my yarn purchases even more affordable for poor college students such as myself! Store seems as well organized and clean as possible for such a large place. I kinda wish they actually had signs pointing what is in what direction, because it is a big place, but I managed. Cashiers are a hit and miss, sometimes they’re nice, other times indifferent. Sometimes they need more registers open, but I haven’t experienced anything that makes me grumpy towards them. I give the place 5 stars because they always meet my needs and keep me happy. I also appreciate the closed on Sundays policy, I’ve always hated the pushback for asking not to be scheduled on Sundays at retail or restaurant jobs. JoAnn’s and Michael’s are both closer to me, but since B/F lives out here, I usually try to save my shopping till I visit, I’ll happily support Hobby Lobby.

Always come here on my lunch hour and the lines are ridiculous. They do have good deals on picture frames and decorative housewares. There never seems to be anyone around.

I LOVE coming here for all my crafting needs! There are always a ton of sales and they have just about anything you can think of for all things craft and decorating! I have to agree with the other review and say that the cashiers here are not the brightest! They are always having to call the manager to get stuff signed off on to change a price that they screwed up or something which makes for long waiting times in the lines! That gets a little annoying, but it doesn’t stop me from going in to check out all the good sales! =]

Nice large store, average prices, GREAT sales and coupons BUT stupid cashiers! CRAPPY pricing system!!! I have shopped HL for a few years now. I love their sales and they have nice gift items! But nothing beats their holiday décor 50% off sales! So I have been finding alot of great sales on scrapbooking items! Anyways…I wanted alert people!!! They are really messed up in their pricing system! Since they do NOT scan, they ring up the items by price tags, so… what ever they are marked is what you are charged(less sales discounts when on sale). November 2006, HL had the Cricut(scrapbooking die cut machine) display up. They had the tickets for the machine and the cartridges, everything else was on the pegs. Prices were as followed…
~ ALL the cartridges marked $ 59 ~ mats and blades $ 9.99 ~ paper packs $ 5.99 ~ tool kits at $ 79.99 ?? I called them on it, and they are now marked at $ 24.99.LOL ~ and the machine… get this. The little tickets were ALL priced DIFFERENT!!! 4 different prices!!! $ 299, $ 249, $ 199, $ 149!!!
I have also noticed the price difference at my store as well. I bought 5 packs of the same embellishment, when I got home I noticed that some were marker $ 1.99, and some for $ 2.99…yet they were the ALLTHESAME!!! I was not happy. Since then I have watched the tickets when I go in. They had packs of paper marker for $ 14.99, and some at $ 9.99…I inspected the packages CAREFULLY and they were identical, so of course I grabbed the $ 9.99 packs. I have found packs of the ribbon, most marked $ 6.99, but I got some for only $ 4.99…again .the SAME exact packaging! Alot of differnt discrepencies. So now I search through the packages, and see if there is a mistake!
