Went in to buy food and use the restroom. They said they are not open to public. What kind of restaurant has no restroom for its paying customers. Terrible service.

Been here several times during the year, usually when I’m heading back from a game at El Segundo HS. Staff is friendly and do a great job in creating sandwiches in a timely manner. When they had the Star Wars cups promo, I wanted the Rey cup that they didn’t have on display out front. The cashier said they might have it in the storage area, so she went back and started climbing on ladders to try and find it. Sufficed to say, I got my Rey cup and was super pleased with this place, hence why I keep coming back.

I had a very friendly attitude. However the employees here do not. She was very rude about taking my order and she wouldn’t give me a receipt. They don’t even have name tags. I don’t recommend coming here because the ingredients do not look fresh. 0 stars from me.

Not good. The tuna footlong I bought was VERYTHIN on the tuna. It was mostly bread. The man that prepared it put tuna up to the middle then spread it out. I don’t recall Tuna subways from other locations being so frugal on the amount of tuna. Just save your $$$$ and go instead to Vons or Ralph’s were you can also get a tuna sandwich at their delis.

I used to frequent this subway shop on my very frequent visits to t clutter’s park for some aviation photograqphy. The place is always busy with local airport employees(read long lines most of the time). Something changed in that shop(or is it all Subways?)when items were removed from the suggested menu such as the BLT sandwich. Who is the genius who came up with that one? They have the bread, the lettuce, the tomato, the bacon and the dressing right in front of your nose and prefer shelling out pounds of «meat cuts, ham or salamis». The Sandwich artist(as subway once called them) managed to say that oh yes we can prepare a BLT but have to charge you separately ! MO-RO-NIC! answer and yes you have lost a once a week visitor who purchased food for friends and co-aviation photographers.

No frills. This is your typical Subway. The staff are somewhat friendly, for the most part. I tend to make special requests(e.g. dice the pastrami or easy on the sauce), which, more often than not, throws off the person making the sandwich. Many of them seem like ESL type folk; hence the problem. Other times they don’t seem to care very much about the appearance of the sandwich they’re making — that’s my thing. There’s one in particular — a tall Indian guy — that really ruffles my feathers when he makes my sandwiches lethargically. I’m always hoping he’s not on the line when I drop in. Other than that, it’s about what you’d expect from a subway. In my experience, the very busiest times are during the week after work and on weekends between 1−5pm.

Since we haven’t been eating out lately,(temporary mind you) this was the last place we ate and have been living off Trader Joe’s ever since. So sweet and short(or vice versa), came here for a quick lunch bite and was surprised it wasn’t too crowded and line moving fast. Got my sandwich just the way I wanted it– I ordered it «When Harry met Sally» style, yes I was just as picky as Sally(without the infamous scene, Lol!) But got it the way I wanted and got out of there. Good enough for me!

I was at home a few days before Thanksgiving when I overheard a commercial in the background for Subway promoting a customer appreciation program which sparked my interest. I listened further and discovered Subway was offering a customer appreciation program and offering either a cold cut or meatball 6″ sandwich for $ 2.00. I wondered if there was a limit on the sandwiches you could order and filed in the back of my mind to find a definitive answer. As I was driving by this location I decided I would stop and find that answer out for myself. So the day before Thanksgiving I walked in and asked if there was a limit and I was told ‘no.’ I immediately knew that I was going to hit Subway hard and catch them in a loophole of their own program and asked if I could place a large order for pick-up the following morning(Thanksgiving), I was told ‘sure.‘ I ordered 100(6″) cold cut sandwiches with American cheese on 9 grain honey oat with spinach, onion, green pepper, pickles, olives, lettuce, cilantro and mustard. The person taking my order seemed a little shocked by the quantity of my order and advised me I would have to pay first, I was wrung up at the register and paid exactly $ 200 which in my book is one heck of a deal. I asked if I could have my order ready for pick-up the following morning at 9:30am, the employee assisting me said ‘no problem.‘ I arrived the following walked right in and was handed 2 large boxes filled with Subway sandwiches. I had never seen so many subway sandwiches in my life. I placed them in the back of my car and had already planned out of my route of traveling through Venice and pass these sandwiches out to the less fortunate. As I was driving toward the Venice Beach area I began to wonder how I was going to find 100 homeless folk to hand them but that worry subsided quickly when I drove around Venice and found 1 person after another who needed help. It honestly took my less than 75 minutes to pass every sandwich I had purchased. Every person who received a sandwich that morning was beyond thankful. If this program is still in exist on Christmas Day I plan on doing the same thing. I did not do this for karma purposes but the following morning I hit my Church for a 3 hour surf session and caught every wave I paddled for #jussayin!!!

I am a weekly regular at this subway. The staff are very kind and enjoy making their customers laugh. I’ve never really had a bad experience here. I do think these bad reviews are funny. It’s SUBWAY. Everything is made to order. If you see something you don’t like on your sandwich, ASKTHEMTOFIXIT. They don’t read minds. That being said I have also always had good quality ingredients from this location.

The ingredients here are far from fresh! I purchased a footlong chicken sandwich to-go from this subway. I live a 5 minute walking distance from this subway. When I got home and bit into my sandwich I almost threw up. First, the mayo they added is like water so my flat bread was completely soaked and soggy. Second, the lettuce was old and mushy, third the rest of then ingredients(including the chicken!) were terrible tasting as if they have been sitting out all day. I was starving but couldn’t bring myself to swallow more than 1 bite of this horrible sandwich. By far the WORST subway sandwich I’ve ever experienced. I will never go back to that store again.

The staff here are super nice which is very unusual in other Subways. Other than that what more can you say about a subway sandwich.

Since a got a $ 1.00 coupon for adding avocado to a footlong, I gave a try to a veggie sandwich, just like jerrod, except adding the fresh avocado. It’s actually pretty good with the 9-grain whole weat bread, with the exception of dry ends on the bread. Not sure why this happens with subway bread(maybe they are trying to add inches to shortbread to make it a footlong)? Seemed pretty healthy, but I do miss the meat…

I have been coming to this subway every few weeks for the past few years. It is the closest subway to my work(the airport) and the most convenient, as it is open 24 hours. The employees in the morning are ok. It’s a hit or miss. Once I asked for a veggie sub. The man put a little lettuce on it and I kindly asked him to put on more. Then he proceeded to do the same and light-hand me with all of the rest of the ingredients and I asked him to, again, put on more. The concept is a Veggie sub… Veggies. If I don’t get veggies, I’m paying $ 5 for a piece of bread. Or another time(with the same man who helped me with the veggie sub), I asked for the tuna and he put 3 scoops toward the right side and 1 toward the left. I thought he would compensate for it by spreading it out… but no, he left a quarter of the sandwich tuna-less. I had to ask him to fix it(how lazy can you really be)? Other than that, the subway is clean, the ingredients are fresh and they can be quick when they want to be.

Been coming here for awhile since its right down the street from me. Yesterday I wanted to try their new sriracha sauce so I headed over. The ladies that work there are very nice and the line moves inexplicably fast. They also have toppings I haven’t seen elsewhere like cilantro and spinach. Great cookies too. Too bad they only serve brekfast until 11 :(

I’m not the biggest fan of the quality of Subway, but this place is clean and friendly, so I wanted to write it a review. I’ve been to my share of sandwich places and for the price this place has the most quantity and is super fast. The employees make it a point to always so hi to my son and wave when we walk by. Its always clean too. Keep up the good work.

Be sure to check your receipt! During my last visit, I picked a sandwich was a special of the month but the cashier charged me full price. Luckily, I checked the receipt and asked her about it. She refunded me the the $ 1 difference(did not refund the tax)~whatever, after it took her 5 minutes to figure out how to refund me the $ 1, I was definitely not going to wait around for an extra 9 cents!

Clean, efficient Subway restaurant. What more can you ask for, really? The place gets pretty busy around lunchtime and parking is a nuisance as it’s in a small shopping mall with only a few spots for all of the different restaurants. The best part is that it’s open 24 hours which is really nice in El Segundo where most places shut down fairly early.

Its 24 hours!!! YAY! I can hit it up at 4:30 in the morning on my way to work and lunch is done!!! BTW, at 4:30am it can be VERY busy… full of airport workers, so you might have to stand in line, but like me, they are on a tight schedule(Im guessing) so the staff knows this and the line moves quickly… A definite good choice near the airport!

Recently closed for a few days for a remodel. They moved things around and changed the counter. The update was overdue and looks great.
