This business is beyond despicable. For my grandmothers 90^th Birthday I wanted to do something special. I do not live in El Paso. But had planned on flying home to surprise my grandmother. Unfortunately I was not able to make it until the day after her Birthday. So I purchased what I thought was supposed to be a beautiful package of champagne and flowers for $ 150 to be delivered to her home. I requested a special bottle (that wasn’t hard to find) that was supposed to be in the $ 50 range, or something similar. The flowers were $ 70. The rest tax and delivery. What my grandmother received was a chintzy bottle of $ 19 Rose (disgusting) and the smallest flower arrangement in the world. That died the next day. My grandmother worried sick over these flowers trying to keep them alive. I bought a huge $ 15 arrangement from Whole Foods Thanksgiving and they lasted more than two weeks. This business has pocketed my money and has refused to make it right. I hope you go out of business you scam artists. I will continue to fight this and will not give up.
