I ordered a deluxe version of the «cotton candy» arrangment for Mothers Day. The arrangement that was delivered was tiny compared to the picture online. Didn’t even look alike…
They have a Substitution Policy I didn’t see before I finished paying but was okay with it as long as the arrangment came close to the one I ordered.
This is the policy listed in the confirmation after you pay: «In the event your selection is unavailable, a substitute of comparable quality and value will be delivered.»
I was really hoping for the best but was very disappointed. I paid $ 39 for the arrangment plus $ 7 delivery fee.
The good thing is that my mother liked it and it was delivered on time.

We ordered flowers for a funeral for a staff members family member. The mortuary recommended Karel’s. The staff person could not say enough about how nice the flowers were and the cost was very reasonable.

Just ordered an arrangement for my mother’s birthday and it was delivered when stated and she loved it. They were extremely helpful on the phone i told him how much i was looking to spend and he gave me options and the entire total before placing the order. I will definitely be using them again. I love that it was a spring bouquets with orchids and roses I always send my mom flowers for her birthday and this was the first time she went it to detail about the type of flowers that were delivered. A+
