This was my first time at potbellys. I got the italian on regular bread with provolone cheese. Of course I got everything on it. It was spicy and tasty. The place was nice, the staff was helpful and it was an overall great experience. Try the potato salad. Bomb.

Don’t order a to-go salad, 100% of the time they will not include the salad dressing.

If you want your food any way other than exactly what is on the menu, go eat someplace else. It is beyond their ability to even make a salad with no onions.

Great sandwiches served on warm bread. Homemade cookies are a must. Excellent service today. We were asked twice if everything was ok.

A sandwich is a sandwich no matter where you go right? Well, kinda of? Most people see sandwiches as nothing more than a different kind of Fast Food thanks to places like Subway or Quiznos. Potbelly sandwich is one that wants to stand out and does so in a very nice way. This has been my go to place for lunch ever since i started working nearby, with their quick order system and sandwich building i can go in, get my food, sit down and really enjoy my sandwich, all with time to spare until i have to get back to work. The staff is always super friendly and the occasional acoustic performance is a nice addition to a «quick» lunch. Having tried most of the sandwiches i can truly say that The Wreck is the best one on their menu. Salami, roast beef, turkey, ham and swiss cheese are your basic elements in this sandwich, after a nice toast in their oven you have a selection of topings to choose from, i personally recommend adding their hot peppers since they have a nice kick it. Their Broccoli and Cheddar soup is thick and satisfying, although a tad pricey their cup size is always enough to fill me up. Top that all off with a bottled IBC root beer and lunch never seems to get boring. Also on the days you want to have a nice dessert and aren’t really looking at eating a cookie, ask for the PB&J sandwich, it really is a perfect solution for any sweet tooth out there. So if you work nearby and are tired of the fast food options, look towards Potbellys for a delicious sandwich in a non Fast Food environment!

Very good sandwich shop. I got the Wreck with everything on it that they had. Tasty. The place has a great vibe and classy environment at the same time. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because they seemed a little understaffed, especially for the lunch rush. Only two employees and they were packed. But in all, great place.

Should be 2.5 stars. The chicken cheddar sandwich had no cheddar and my banana milkshake(paying extra for more fruit) tasted like cold milk with banana flavor. Just not a great experience. Although better than subway for sure

Consistent quality of food, staff is always friendly and ready to serve, military discount is a drink which is more than generous of the owner. Italian sandwich is awesome and the potato salad is delicious. Definitely a must try if you haven’t ate there before.

I was thrilled when I saw this place being built! I moved here from Chicago, and was my favorite sub shop. This location doesn’t disappoint! The staff is always friendly and engage you in conversation. I’ve tried the Wreck– which has three meats, I believe it’s ham, pepperoni, and salami. The Pizza sub, which has mushroom, beef marinara sauce and cheese is really good! My favorite is the turkey sandwhich, on white! The inside of the place is a nice place to hang out and talk for a lunch Meeting, usually not too crowded. Their broccoli cheddar soup is really good, but expensive for the quantity Good selection of soft drink and juices. They also make good milkshakes!

I would give it 3.5 stars, better than Subway handsdown, but my sandwich a grilled chicken and cheddar lacked any real flavor.

A delightful Sandwich shop with a great atmosphere and variety of subs to choose from. I just hope they survive the openings of the new eateries down the hill at the new Rojas Commons center. I’d rather eat here versus the new Mickey D’s and Mama Fu’s but Jason’s Deli will be a tough competitor!

This place should be called«Happy belly». Yummy sandwiches, salads, shakes and cookies. My favorite sandwhich is the one with hummus, chicken, artichokes and roasted peppers. Nice atmosphere and friendly service. A great place for a hearty sandwich or salad!

So happy when I discovered they had one in EP! Best sandwich for the price(~$ 5). Their turkey and swiss is the best. Make sure you put hot peppers on it! The Uptown Salad is also delicious. On cheat days I treat myself to an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie… guaranteed the BEST one you will ever have. Open one on the West side por favor!

Decent food… But they advertised italian beef, not italian beef… Italian sandwitches and beef sandwitches but the two together — epic fail. Salad was good size for the money but only average in taste and quality

I stumbled in here by complete accident on the day of their Grand Opening, I’ve been a fan ever since. My favorite sub is the Pizza. Their meatballs are so yummy. Their soups are always good. I love that they have Zapp’s chips. Their cookies are to die for! YUM! My favorite being the sugar cookie. Every time I have walked in they’ve always greeted me with a smile and a friendly welcome. I really enjoy that. The prices are pretty reasonable. The sandwiches are just enough to fill you up, but not have you in a food coma. You can get it «Thin Cut» for less bread. They have books you can read while you eat! That was a cool discovery. I really hope that El Paso embraces this local franchise by supporting it. It isn’t often that we get a chain restaurant from a different part of the country.

Oh boy, I haven’t had a wreck in years! I was very excited to learn that Potbelly was coming to EP, it’s one of my favorite sandwich chains, and its finally open! If you’re craving a warm, toasted sandwich, this is a great place to go. The sandwiches aren’t very big, so they will satisfy you without stuffing you. I recommend the Wreck sandwich with hot peppers and Italian dressing and a cookie. It-getters like me understand that sandwich chains can co-exist, because sometimes you crave a Subway Meatball, sometimes you crave a Potbelly Wreck, sometimes you crave a Jimmy John’s Gargantuan, and sometimes you crave corned beef from a local deli, so you do not compare these restaurants against each other. This location also offers a drive-thru, which is nice.
