Worst place ever! Employees rush you through the line while selecting your items on your burrito or bowl. Food is cross contaminated(cheese shreds in the quacomale etc). Serving size is for a small child. For the price you pay it is not worth it at all. The new location in the north central of EP is a by far better choice.

Always consistent quick service. Burritos and bowls are good. Kids menu comes out on these cute dishes for the kids to put tacos together. Really enjoy this place.

Food is great, portions are decent, prices are reasonable. I ordered the bowl but the person in front of me recieved larger helpings than I did and we both ordered the same. I walked out satisfied but I felt a little cheated. Their units of measure need standardization.

This store ran out of guacamole and had no back up. That’s incredibly unacceptable. I will not return to this store for this reason. Poor management.

As an avid Chipotle supporter I’m very dissatisfied with my last visit. As usual we order 4 plain pinto bean burritos for the kids. No meat no guacamole just beans! Upon cashing out the manager charged me $ 4.75 per bean burrito! I told her that those are usually charged as a side. She said no more. Per corporate, they are now $ 4.75. Come on Chipotle!

Dear Chipotle employees I want to apologize on the behalf of the fat lady who made you change every spoon and entrée to fit her her vegan diet and made a scene yelling like she is entitled to something. PLEASEDONOTLETTHOSEKINDAOFPEOPLEWINANDRUINYOURDAY! I have never known anybody that was on a diet to go eat at a fast food restaurants. You guys and girls are phenomenal workers that have that put up with terrible customers. But good thing that you have people like me to put them back in place and is not afraid to say something because you are to professional to say anything to even the rudest costumers, that is why i stick up for hard working people. From — the guy that made fun of her in front of her face and made your day :). Oh and ask for a diet coke cause i wanted to watch my figure ;) –Cantu

Okay… I hate to admit it… But this place has grown on me. Hubby always insists on coming here, and thankfully their salads are pretty good. I made the mistake of getting a mild sauce on it once, but it was WAYTOO spicy! The few mistakes that have been made were fixed graciously. That’s a win.

My wife and I dissapointed went we went there today. My wife is a teacher with one of the local school districts, and we went in with the intention of capitalizing on the Teachers Appreciation Day. We took in the flier the provided, and ordered our food. At the checkout, they finally inform us that they are not participating, and are not going to honor their flier. Their reasoning was because today is Cinco de Mayo, and they would be «super busy». the store was relatively empty during peak dinner hours. In my opinion, if a business takes the time to dispense fliers promoting discount days for whatever reason, they should honor it, and not be rude when a customer gets upset when they dont.

After watching a show about Chipotle, I got the cravings and decided to go back and try them again. I’ve been here before just been a while. I got the carnitas burrito with brown rice, sour cream, pinto beans and guacamole. But asked for medium salsa. The burrito was good, however the salsa lacked kick. The people were quick and the place was clean. The only thing is that in the back, I could see beer bottles on a shelf not stored in the cooler.

The food was fabulous and it was so much quieter than the other El Paso location. The staff went above and beyond :)

It’s sad that In a place filled with Hispanics a chain restaurant is the best we can do for burritos. Welp chipotle is hands down my favorite place to eat a burrito! I love the way they make everything fresh right in front of you and how all the ingredients are Grass fed:) I have always thought this place was over priced but that’s what u pay for:) freshness

Been to this place numerous times. Last two times the portions have been really small and don’t taste that good. The once great burritos are small. What happened? The people making the food aren’t as friendly as they were a couple months ago.

The one thing about going to Chipotle is that you at least get a consistent experience. In general, the food here is always fresh enough and quickly prepared. In regards to this location specifically, I was actually surprised and pleased to see how quickly they built this one. The parking is a little tricky if you are heading north due to the median. You have to make a U-turn and then turn into the lot. It is a shared parking lot with several other new places but we had no issues finding parking at 8PM on a Thursday evening. This location is a bit small in comparison to others that I have been to. The place was clean though and the staff were friendly. I will knock off half a star since they gave me the wrong tortilla. It was partly my fault for not double-checking that they didn’t hear me ask for corn instead of flour for my tacos. Our food was quickly prepared and tasted just fine. I do think their prices are a wee bit too high but that is fairly standard across the chain.

Mediocre as far as Chipotle goes, probably due to their recent opening. I’ll keep going to the location by UTEP since they are both about equal distance from my house.

I just got back from their opening and was thrilled to be their very first customer! I’m a BIG fan of Chipotle and I’m really excited that there is finally a location on the eastside. They definitely live up to the quality burritos we’ve all come to expect from Chipotle, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. This location is a little bit smaller than the one on the westside, but then again, at this location you won’t have to battle the UTEP crowd for seating space. Parking isn’t very ample, but it should open up once construction of the shopping center is finished.
