My 2-​story house is on a hillside in Cameron Park and the east side gets brutalized by the sun and rain. So after 35 years it needed a lot of siding and all 3 attached exterior decks on the slope side replaced. Separate supports had to be constructed for 2 of the decks because the original joists they rested on that extended from within the main structure of the house could not be completely replaced, thus complicating the task considerably, but the new design is both solid and visually pleasing.
Greg and his crew of up to 5 men did a fantastic job in just 2 weeks working long hours in the blazing 100+ degree weather. They were all professional and courteous, left no detail unattended, and cleaned up after themselves when the job was done. The price was fair and Greg made sure everything was to my satisfaction even coming back afterwards to add a couple of finishing touches I requested. Greg’s team leader Enrique demonstrated unmistakable pride of craftmanship throughout the process and it really shows in the completed job. I would definitely have them back again.

Greg and his crew put new Hardie Plank siding on our home in Cool California. We had received several quotes for siding and they were all double, or close to double what the online automated estimators figured we ought to be paying for the job. I had more or less despaired of replacing our siding given the quotes I was getting and had decided to just have the house painted. The painting contractor came by and much to his credit suggested that we give Greg a call. Greg’s quote was in line with what I had originally expected and Greg and his crew did a fantastic job. Ours was a somewhat challenging job due to the to levels of our house having different siding (the old stuff) and break in between. The upper floor was not on a perfect plane with the lower. Greg’s crew furred the upper for a stretch such that the transition is nearly invisible. It looks like a new house, truly amazing job.
