So they’re supposed to open at 8:30 they didn’t unlock the door until 8:45 with no apologies. Top it off with the wheatgrass thingy was broken and the girl had zero recommendations. Who’s running this place??? I’m calling corporate

Best Pink Star I’ve ever had… and I’ve been to a bazillion Jamba Juices. My boyfriend had some kind of colada that I thought was nasty but he loved his drink so I will still have to say 5*s to Jamba Juice El Cerrito :)

I come here everyday Mon-Fri. They know my name and my order: Oatmeal with Brown Sugar and Blueberries. The customer service is awesome. They all are super friendly every morning when I come in. If you go here occasionally or pretty often, enroll in the Jamba rewards, you get $ 3 off ever 35 points(roughly $ 35). I love their orange juice, and I also like the Caribbean Passion. Can’t go wrong with any of their drinks.

We love the peanut butter moo’d smoothie and the El Cerrito Jamba juice bar made it the best when compared to what we’ve had at other Jamba’s. It was crowded and there was a wait, but that’s true for all smoothie bars on a sunny day.

Jamba Juice has definitely been stepping up their game, I guess with all these other fresh juiceries opening, they have had to expand their menu by quite a bit. I got a groupon so have been coming to Jamba Juice quite often, if not for the groupon then I feel like the drinks are a bit too pricey to come all the time. Some of the drinks are up to $ 7, even $ 8 with add ins. That’s a far cry from my high school days when they had $ 3 small smoothies. This location only has two tables to sit on, and it is more of an order to go place. I had an acai berry smoothie, and it came out within 5 min. They only had 2 people working. My smoothie was delicious and filling. I love how they have so much fresh fruit options now. My friend had a ginger smoothie which she definitely enjoyed, but it was a bit tooo spicey for me.

I don’t even know why this location is open. I go in today and they take my money only to then inform me they are out of bananas and they are out of blueberries also! These are two of the main ingredients not only of what I ordered, but of most items on their entire menu. Really unbelievable.

addictive to there freshly squeezed juice of fruits and vegetables. Orange Reviver, Veggie Harvest, tropical greens, carrot cayenne are some which i like most. Good service, no long waiting time. and great surrounding. Everything is made fresh in front of you. Can’t find anything more healthy than this in plaza market :)

Ok. Not a fan of the juice thing to begin with. Especially with the prices at this place. The other half and her son visited here today. Both had what they say were«screaming orgasms“after a visit to the dog park. Both got containers full of what they thought were dog hairs. But the dogs never came in and they never took the lid off. I examined a few. They are NOT dog hairs.(See photos). Burned one and it appears to be plastic. I’m not sure. Do you really want to go here and see for yourself? Yuck

Definitely a fan of this Jamba because I’m in the area a lot. Cleanliness overall and service is pretty fast. Never been in there when it’s busy so I’m not sure how they work under pressure but then again I’m never in a hurry when I go here so I’ve never felt an urgency. They’re always well stocked in their groceries. As far as staff is concerned they’re very sweet and helpful with suggestions when they see that you look overwhelmed with the large drink menu. Check ‘em out!

Service is ok. Ordered a mango a go go, very watery. The drink has more ice than mango, before i even finish half the drink, it already melted down as a mixture of tastless ice water. My $ 6 got wasted.

This Jamba Juice is always my go-to since it’s close to home, but also they’re always on point with the Orange Dream Machine! This time I went a little healthier and got the fresh squeezed orange and carrot juice and the oatmeal. Pros: I LOVE their brown sugar crumble oatmeal. Love the texture of their oatmeal. Not too sweet nor too bland. Cons: I wish they could make their fresh squeezed juices a bit more colder, like cold pressed juices.

Service slow. Music so loud that order taker couldn’t hear me. Adult supervisor would likely remedy these issues.

I know… you’re thinking four stars for a Jamba Juice location!!! Yep, this is not a test. These days, they’re offering an expanded menu with a load of palatable options that aren’t jam packed with sugar and extra calories. Don’t get me wrong, there’s nothing I love more than a Caribbean Passion the size of my head but all that sugar(from the sherbet, fruit juices, and frozen yogurt) isn’t doing me any favors. In terms of smoothies, my current favorite is the Kale-rribean Breeze, which has mango, kale, non-fat Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and passionfruit juice. Other ones to try are the Berry UpBeet and the Apple N’ Greens, both of which are really filling and pack more of a punch vitamin wise than options from the classic smoothie menu. I really hope they start making the premium fresh squeezed juices at this location. At other nearby sites, they produce one with kale, apple, pineapple, and chia seeds and the other with orange, apple, pineapple, and ginger. Not too shabby tasting and definitely easy on the wallet compared to the local juice bars. What really sets this Jamba Juice apart is the quality of customer service. The employees are smiley and super polite. They whip up the drinks quickly and never screw up your drink order. Best of all, I’ve never had an awful smoothie here. At other locations, I’ve had a chalky, under ripe banana tossed in or a load of ice chips at the bottom but these people have got it going on. They also have extra places to sit outside so you can sip away with a majestic view of the Ross across the way. Ha!

When did jamba juice become so frickin’ expensive?! I remember back in high school when I could get a power sized smoothie for 4.25 and feel like I got my moneys worth. Now I think I ended up paying roughly $ 15 for two 16 oz and a power. That’s ridiculous. Needless to say, I still come here once in a blue moon. Sometimes a nice cold smoothie is just what you need(to kick a hangover). Either way, this jamba juice has the tendency to get packed in the afternoon. The influx of middle school and high school kids in the area can give this place a hefty line. So plan accordingly. Once in a while Jamba has good promotions, like $ 116oz smoothies before 11am or something.

The only two downsides to Jamba Juice are how expensive the smoothies have gotten and how sickeningly friendly everyone is(this is only a problem if you were sick and in a bad mood like I was) The orange juice is still a little sour, but that’ll get better as we get further into orange season, but everything is still delicious…

No frills smoothies. Jamba raised their prices recently so that can be a tough pill to swallow for some folks. I do have to say the staff at this one is very friendly and remembers your name after a couple visits. Jamba is just that… jamba juice. Nothing out of the ordinary, hits the spot on an especially hot day.

«Hello, this is Carlton, your doorman…» Okay, actually I walked into Jamba Juice at EC Plaza and was greeted by a monotone voice: «Hello, welcome to Jamba Juice.. .» and I forgot the rest of the schpiel. The voice belonged to one of the juice makers. For a moment there, his voice reminded me of the late voice actor Lorenzo Music. He was the unseen actor in the«Rhoda» television series and the voice of Garfield the Cat. Well, on to placing my order. I was quite surprised to see the cash register on the till displays the customer’s order as it is placed. That really came in handy for me when I saw the poor sales associate in inadvertently enter the wrong juice selection for me. So, that was the saving grace for us both, whew! I ordered the Fresh Orange Juice, Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries. I was offered one of their trademark additional shots. I politely passed, not really necessary for me. Surprisingly, Mr. Monotone was actually nice when he presented me with my juice drink and wished me a nice day. Hmm, I wonder if they do custom. I miss the orange juice, banana, and strawberry blend they used to have in the olden days.
